This place is a scam. We ordered a washing machine and it never got delivered. After 4 weeks we contacted support, they then informed us that it was out of stock. Ok, but no communication, we had to contact them. They offered us a different brand and accepted. We had to pay the 5€ 😂 increase of price and agreed over email that we would only like to order this as long as it was delivered the following week. It did not off course and we where not in the country when it finally was out for delivery several weeks later. They then returned it and deducted -48€. So this useless company cost us 12 weeks and 48€ and no washing machine. Do not trust this company, it’s a scam. Their support and communication is non existent and their ability to deliver on what they promise is non existent. Please buy from Amazon or any other company that you can trust. The “cheap” prices are actually very expensive.

Good handling of the order, invoices in time and delivery as promised

They want to sell to Portugal, but you can't enter your NIF number. When I tried to contact them about this problem on their site nobody answered. Then they increased the price of the product that I had in my cart for 2 days while they didn't answer by EUR 50. Definitely not a company I would do business with.

Waited 3 months for the item to be delivered, on opening the packaging no accessories were included and our plumber not able to install the LG hot water heater.
Ask for a refund, or another water heater, no response.
Small Claim Court Summons issued.
Avoid this company!!!!!!!!

We bought a hisense fridge at a good price. We ordered on a Wednesday and it arrived on Monday. It is a nice fridge and works great. We are happy with the purchase.

Ordered an oven on this site, overall great experience. Delivery was promised in 3-5 days. I ordered on Wednesday, on Friday a representative called and asked which would be the most comfortable day for me to receive the item. The even asked which part of the day I would prefer. I asked the delivery on Monday in the morning. At 10 am i received a call from the delivery guy warning that in 15 min he will be at my house. The only bad thing is that they dont deliver to your floor, but i was warned about that. Oven is working perfectly.

The refrigerator ordered arrived in good condition. The only issue is that we ordered before creating an account online, thus could not receive updates on the shipping and had to manually communicate with the carrier. The website should be changed to forced to have the user create an account prior to completing the order.

Ordered a Kitchen Aid mixer shipped to Portugal. Very good price, easy payment and quick delivery for this in-stock item. Arrived in the original manufacturer's packaging. I had previously ordered a color that was not in stock and the availability date kept slipping. I was able to cancel online so that I could purchase elsewhere but I wound up back at La Casa del Electrodomestico for the best price.

Simple straighfoward purchase with fast delivery.

Avoid this company. Terrible customer service. We bought a Bosch dishwasher and paid for premium delivery. The tecnicos arrived and connected the machine but could not make it work. They told us this was our problem, and asked us to sign for a broken machine. We refused, and they said we have two options - sign the paper or we take the machine away. We did not want to sign for faulty goods so told them to take it away. The company refuse to accept responsibility for delivering a faulty machine, and are telling us we can either cancel the order or reschedule delivery, both options at an extra cost to us. This is ridiculous. The minimum expectation when you are spending €500 is that the machine you order actually works. Their 'customer service' department keeps insisting we only have these two options.

So, one month later and no solution. I have called and called, I have written emails; nothing, no response, and nobody has bothered calling to ask me what solution I prefer. But when I write on Trustpilot, they respond within a day. Once they have your money, the stop caring. Avoid this company at any cost!

Very bad service
They sent us two times a washing machine damaged :(
First time they took two weeks to change it.
Second time the package seemed to be ok but when we open it was damaged too.
In our case we had already moved the machine to a summer house so it will be a nightmare to bring it back and ask them a third time to change the machine.

If you want to avoid headaches dont buy from this provider, they take ages to reply, to replace damaged appliances and their delivery company doesn't has a clue how to reply to customers.
