No need to worry about ordering from abroad
Was initially concerned about ordering from overseas but kytary sold the product I wanted at a decent price (and even credited money into my customer account after the product was reduced!).
Had a bit of a hiccup with the order (they accidentally added an item I didn't ask for) but it didn't delay the delivery at all and was sorted out after a couple of emails and a quick phone call.
Great service, excellent selection of stock. Will definitely be using again!

Issue with Delivery of Heavy Piano
I live in multi-storey development but delivery was only up to the main gate at G/F. I need to move the super heavy piano myself 50 yards to a lift lobby and took an elevator up to my apartment! I expect a door to door delivery.

I had placed an order to purchase a keyboard which was on a pre order,which I had paid with my debit card in full, after a month or so I had decided to cancel my order as I had changed my mind about learning to play the instrument and without question Kytary reimburst my payment in full.
So all I can say is when your dealing with this company I am sure your in good hands.

I ordered a Yamaha P-515 to London
I ordered a Yamaha P-515 to London, I was a bit nervous as it was such good value- too good to be true? -and by the slightly weird checkout procedure where you go back and pay after making the order. But no need to worry, I got all the relevant order details, invoice and tracking info emailed to me and 4 days later it showed up with Parcel Force. I was slightly miffed when I searched the box and couldn't find the promised UK plug adapter - but that showed up in a separate delivery the next day. 😁
The piano is brand new and works perfectly. This means that I havent tried the returns facility but judging by the information on the website and the professional experience so far I would hope for that to be equally painless.

Transaction was smooth, although the paypal way pay was different (had to click the green button at the end of choosing payment, address etc or follow link from email) I knew it was legit. The guitar is in perfect condition as expected (new) and delivered super fast. Guitar was packed well with bubble wrap and no dents on the box.
