They returned an empty box out money and item
Returned a item I thought was broken after a couple of days and they sent it back with no repairs because it was out of battery and worked with the right power adapter (which they did not give) then when I received the package it was empty besides the note saying no repairs were made after weeks of emailing back and forth they started an investigation with the delivery company but kytary did not acknowledge my claim and now I’m out my item and money which was €120. Support made me feel like I was in the wrong throughout the whole process.

When purchasing my Zoom Q2n-4K from kytary
When purchasing my Zoom Q2n-4K from your U.K. site there was no indication that the item would be supplied from anywhere other than the U.K. However as soon as I had paid using PayPal it became apparent from the volume of emails from your sales department that the unit was in fact supplied from The Czech Republic. This increased the cost and time spent waiting for the unit to arrive. If I had known this beforehand I would have used a different supplier. I will not be make another purchase from this disingenuous company!

DO NOT ORDER FROM KYTARY. Absolutely shocking service. Its been over a month since I ordered an expensive microphone which was 'in stock' I haven't received it and only when I enquired (after 2 weeks) was told it had been sent to Germany by mistake! Then every further correspondence resulted in some excuse or other, sometimes a copy and pasted email saying I would receive it in 7 days. When I rang them today I was told 'I was just about to email you, we cant order your microphone' I have disappointed clients as a result a terrible company! AVOID!!!

Hello Moth Wing Music, we're deeply sorry for the inconvenience. This complicated issue was caused by the delivery company, which has lost about 20 orders we dispatched to the UK with them. As a result, we terminated the contract with the delivery company. We're sorry we could not provide you the product you ordered, unfortunately, after Brexit, the Royal Mail was the only delivery company we were able to use. You were offered compensation and finaly refunded the full amount, for the delivery company was not able to deliver the product. We're sorry for all, please accept our sincere aplologies. Easy, simple. Great price. Cheapest for my item buying in the UK. Someone on the end of the phone when I needed to check delivery straight away. All import tax etc included in price. Faster delivery than expected:)

Due to an oversight regarding insurance my item was delayed. I hadn’t realised at the time of purchase , the item was coming from the Czech Republic. Still haven’t received it and the last communication was to say it will be here in two weeks. Good prices but very poor delivery.

Not based in the UK
I didn't realise at first that the item was shipping from outside the UK, as the website has a .co.uk address. They were the only website I could find with the item I needed in stock. At first the price appeared very good. As I got to the checkout stage I realised that they were not in the UK, as the price jumped up with taxes and shipping, to more than I could get the item elsewhere (except it was out of stock everywhere else). I ordered anyway and the item arrived just over a week later.
