Two items ordered with a total value of c. £250. Dispatch advice issued but tracking link showing zero progress and never updated. Effectively invalid.

Delivery expected within 3 - 6 days. Over one week later still no confirmation this has actually been dispatched. Impossible to contact by phone. Chat operator declined to provide any information whatsoever, despite having relevant order number and all associated details. Instructed to email my query to an email address provided as my only option. Email sent immediately but two days later zero response and zero additional information.

Only contact from Kytary has been this email asking me to rate their services, which doesn't strike me as their smartest move, all things considered.

If I could award them less than one star I would. One star is still two stars too many.

Brilliant! Best value I could find online and the keyboard is PERFECT. We could track the parcel as it went across Europe so knew when it would arrive. Altogether a great experience, highly recommended

I was sceptical having never before heard of Kytary and not knowing anyone who had used them so I used my credit card for some added reassurance. No need, within a week there was my item, well packaged, exactly as ordered and far cheaper than anywhere else even with postage. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Never used these guys before but I bought some expensive cymbals at a fabulous price and they came in good time and in perfect condition👌 The customer service was excellent. Will use again without hesitation. 10/10

I was dubious given the bargain price on a brand new drum kit but Kytary delivered quickly and kit was exactly as described! Very pleased and will use again.

I cannot review the product yet as it our son's Christmas present. This was the cheapest we could find and arrived quickly and within the promised dates. Fingers crossed that everything is ok withe product and that the support is as good if we need it.

Really quick response in answering a query, item was shipped at the first opportunity and arrived within the advised maximum working days for delivery . Product was as per the advice and at a price which no one else could meet . A little concerned at first about doing a mail order of a high value item from Europe , but couldn’t be happier with the service

UK buyer. Ordered an electric guitar and 2 pedals on the 30th Nov. DPD in the Czech Republic apparently received the shipment that day, then it vanished. No more tracking updates, no handoff to DPD UK.

To their credit, Kytary raised an investigation with DPD CZ. I contacted DPD UK but they could only advise me to contact the seller to do what was already done.

2 weeks later, tired of waiting for an answer in this busy season, I requested a refund which was in my account 3 days later. Kytary weren't at fault here so I can't in good conscience give them a bad review.

If you get the option, don't choose DPD to deliver from them though!

I placed an order on 14/11 for a Martin Guitar neck rest as a Christmas present.
I chased the order numerous times to be told it appeared that the parcel has been lost & trying to be found.
I’ve now found out today (7/12) that the parcel can’t be found & they don’t have any more product in stock.
The company have been extremely unhelpful in trying to get this resolved. If they had sorted this when I phoned 10 days after I placed the order maybe they wouldn’t now be off sale.
The money was taken from my bank account straight away, it will be interesting to see how long it takes for the refund!!!

Genuine, reliable seller. Competitive prices. Great communication. Highly recommended. I ordered a Roland digital piano that was a showroom item. Shortly after, Kytary realised that they had a contract with Roland stating that if a piano isn't in stock, a showroom piano cannot be sold. Kytary were very quick to inform me of this and processed my refund straight away with no hassle. Thank you Kytary. Kind regards Andrew

The customer service, the ordering process, and the delivery time were all first class.
I will definitely use again.

The product (cymbal) was delivered on time, and quite quick given it had to cross Europe. Sadly it didn't turn out to be what I needed, but the returns policy is good and worked smoothly. Customer service messages were very gracious and professional.
The only thing that nearly threw me was payment. The off-site web payment process initially made me worried I was about to be scammed. I wasn't of course, but if the payment process could be embedded in the Kytary site I think that would be more reassuring for first time customers, as I was.

Fantastic value.. First time I had used this company from the UK and I'm glad I did.. Substantial saving and Very quick delivery by RoyalMail Parcelforce.. ,I would highly recommend to anyone.. Do not be put of by the fact that they are based outside of UK.

Goods ordered on Sunday and shipped out on Monday. Arrived in UK Thursday no problem. However Parcelforce let the process down. Out for delivery on Friday but wasn’t delivered. Parcelforce don’t deliver on Weekends so had to wait until 4pm Monday. Guitar and accessories were fine and great price.
