Thanks for being very accommodating and selling 2 custom faceplates for my xbox elite 2 controllers.
They look great and fit great in the hand.

Great shop. They are very reactive and are listening to us.
Two things that I think it could be better:
- a FAQ on the website with all answers for common question (fees foe canceling, possibility to change the carrier, delay to send the order etc.)
- a vision of the change we order when we choose the options to see the result

But, these two things could be an improvement. However, this is a great website, serious with a real service behind it.

I can aay I recommend it and would definitively buy again to them.

I placed this order mid December 2020 for my Grandson. I received it Feb 2nd 2021... 10 weeks later The paint job came out more pink than dark blue & purple. I was really expecting a lot more for my $, but I got very slow service & a very poor result in the paint job.

Great quality and Great Service! Controller turned out great! Spoke to them many times online and they were very helpful every time!

Due to Covid things out of their control, it took longer to receive the controllers but overall very good.

They had great communication throughout the process!

I never got my item but it says delivered

The process was easy and the final product looked amazing.

Great service - quick and easy communication regarding adjustments needed on my order. Offered suggestions for controller design. Haven't rec'd controller yet; will update if there are any issues.

man this controller is badass, and so are the other ones. it took it about 3 months to get here but with COVID i ain’t complaining. probably gonna get more to be honest.

Terrible, Terrible website!! Ordered a controller over 2 months ago and haven’t heard anything unless i message them first about the status of my order. So annoyed with the service, if the quality of the controller is cr*p I’ll be asking for a refund!!!

Friendly service, only complaint is they took a bit longer than I had hoped.

Took a few months to get my controller and the paint is a bit bumpy, but over all, I am very pleased with my beautiful controller.

Seriously impressed with the controller I've purchased from Kwik Boy. Ryan was very responsive, friendly and professional in all communication.

First got in touch with Ryan around September time when I couldn't get the controller I wanted from SCUF and being less than impressed with their customer service, I shopped around to find another custom controller made service, and stumbled upon Kwik Boy Modz on Instagram.

After discussing my bespoke requirements and choices, Ryan helped me choose what would look best, and once it was final, payment was smooth & delivery was very fast. Shipped on Friday & just arrived.

The overall turnover time was around 2 months since payment was made, so although it does take time to arrive, you will not be disappointed with the final product. This item is a birthday gift, and it's one I cannot wait to hand over. (although I think I'll have to "test" it out first :) !!)

Overall though, highly recommended, be patient and you will NOT be disappointed with these controllers.

I have a SCUF controller myself and I have to say, despite loving it (Series 1) I'm that impressed with this Series 2 and the custom side of it, I will 100% be ordering myself one in the New Year.

Even with COVID it took awhile to paint the controller and after it was done the back of the controller looks faded in spots.

It took almost 2 and a half months for them to ship my order. Several problems arose during painting process, many delays and little reason as to why. However, the final product is very acceptable besides a few missing details. Customer support was fast, but not helpful.
