First time customer with nothing positive to say
Placed a order back in April of this year, I've contacted support several times and yet to hear back from anyone from the company.
I read the reviews about the poor communication skills that this company posses but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.
As customers we simply ask for communication
10 months and still no controller
Placed my order May 8th 2023 after reaching out and trying to get an estimate time for shipping (my last order 5 years ago was very fast, I expected the same type of service) I was told by Ryan that the edge controllers were on back order and would take the full waiting period.
Since then I would reach out every few weeks to see what was happening and every message was either a new excuse on why it was taking so long or he wouldn't respond to me at all.
They still continue to update their Instagram trying to get new customers so I really don't know why they are going this way of business all of a sudden. I only wanted a painted controller, not even a modded one so I didnt think it was a difficult order. Im out $280 so I would warn others to not order frm here.

Order my controller 3 months ago. They dont reply to my emails or messages on messenger. I ask for a refund and they still havent reply to it. I just lost over $300. Please be advise about their poor service and shady ass buisness! Hope this review helped other to not fall into my situation!

My son is finally able to use it, then eventually the left joystick is stuck on going left. I reached out a few times to ask for assistance with no response. I paid well over $100 for this controller to get this kind of experience.. don’t recommend

Took a while to receive
I placed my order on December 27 2022 and I didn’t receive my order until March 15 2023. I also had to email the people a few times to check on my order, and wasn’t refunded for my extra attachments I added,which didn’t come with the controller.

My order took about 6 weeks to process, which was quite a bit longer than I expected. I'm figuring that the seller must have had quite a backlog of orders for the holidays.
The customized controllers were beautifully crafted. I tested them out with our XBOX Series X and they work perfectly. My kids really enjoy them.
1st off
1st off, the communication was excellent! Constantly updated about the status of my order. I waited, and it was close to Christmas & I was informed that my order had parts that were on back order. As I said, EXCELLENT communication! I was offered a full refund, but choose another controller. At the end of the day, I wish more companies had this kind of customer service.
