Great guy to work with took a little longer than expected but it was around Christmas so I Def understood. He gave me money back for the issue. Great product great quality work. Overall easy to deal with and he was great to talk to.

Partner ordered a custom controller earlier this year. Had an email saying it would be dispatched soon, but then no email saying that it had been sent. Now they’re not replying to emails and the website is shut down. Waste of $300+ to be sent to nz SCAMMMMM. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Ordered a custom controller and now the store is unavailable and so is their email! Do not buy from these people as you won’t receive anything. Such a scam! Out of $175

Ordered a brand new Xbox elite controller and its been 7 months and no reply about shipping or status updates. Now the website says that the store is unavailable.

The weakness special to the customer. And was the highlight of their collection.

Placed a order back in April of this year, I've contacted support several times and yet to hear back from anyone from the company.

I read the reviews about the poor communication skills that this company posses but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Placed my order May 8th 2023 after reaching out and trying to get an estimate time for shipping (my last order 5 years ago was very fast, I expected the same type of service) I was told by Ryan that the edge controllers were on back order and would take the full waiting period.
Since then I would reach out every few weeks to see what was happening and every message was either a new excuse on why it was taking so long or he wouldn't respond to me at all.
They still continue to update their Instagram trying to get new customers so I really don't know why they are going this way of business all of a sudden. I only wanted a painted controller, not even a modded one so I didnt think it was a difficult order. Im out $280 so I would warn others to not order frm here.

Ordered a controller in March it is now mid September and they have not shipped anything and have stoped communication

Order my controller 3 months ago. They dont reply to my emails or messages on messenger. I ask for a refund and they still havent reply to it. I just lost over $300. Please be advise about their poor service and shady ass buisness! Hope this review helped other to not fall into my situation!

Took longer than expected for the controller. Was promised a certain date for Christmas but it almost did not arrive. Then I received an email saying they felt rushed so they forgot the bumpers on the controller so those had to be sent separately. I was frustrated. My son is finally able to use it, then eventually the left joystick is stuck on going left. I reached out a few times to ask for assistance with no response. I paid well over $100 for this controller to get this kind of experience.. don’t recommend

Great product, good material used. Wish the actual mod programmers were easier to use. Digital triggers are a beast. Overall good experience

I placed my order on December 27 2022 and I didn’t receive my order until March 15 2023. I also had to email the people a few times to check on my order, and wasn’t refunded for my extra attachments I added,which didn’t come with the controller.

I ordered the controller on September 6th 2022, and I have still not received the controller as of 2/10/23. He did communicate with me, but stopped responding after January 7th.

Controller was exactly what my son wanted. He's loves it ..very good quility and fast shipping they had it painted and to me with all the customs before Christmas!!!

My order took about 6 weeks to process, which was quite a bit longer than I expected. I'm figuring that the seller must have had quite a backlog of orders for the holidays.

The customized controllers were beautifully crafted. I tested them out with our XBOX Series X and they work perfectly. My kids really enjoy them.

1st off, the communication was excellent! Constantly updated about the status of my order. I waited, and it was close to Christmas & I was informed that my order had parts that were on back order. As I said, EXCELLENT communication! I was offered a full refund, but choose another controller. At the end of the day, I wish more companies had this kind of customer service.
