No paperwork explaining how extra inputs work. Right digital trigger does not function properly. (Edit) after speaking to the folks at kwikboy mods, who responded almost immediately to help, I have to change my tune a bit. The trigger was damaged in shipping through no fault of their own. As for the paperwork on how to use the extra inputs, all of the info is downloadable on their website and it is partially my bad for not looking into it. They were very helpful and are making it right as I type this.

Quality of the controller is really good, I love the work they did. The only complaint i have is how long the process takes, and the lack of information regarding that. (i had found an faq that said 5 weeks but my controller from date of order to date of receipt was almost on 5 months.)

1 star is due to no communication and its been over 2 months yet my controller has yet to ship. I've contacted before and they said it would ship in a week which was 3 weeks ago. Ever since then I have not heard back nor has my controller left painting. I've emailed twice in the past 10 days with no response.

The controller was great, and I'm very surprised at the build quality, although it came rather late and I received no updates or replies to my emails.

Remote was awsome just took way to long to get it ordered it in June and I got it September 29. But I will be getting me another one

After a month and a half of waiting for the controller which was fine because they continued to update me on text. When it first arrived it was amazing. Looked great, felt great and was exactly what I ordered. If I was to write my review at that time it would be 5 stars, but I waited until I actually started using this controller before writing this review. After a month of use the “grip” coating at the back literally peeled away from where I rest my fingers at the back. Now my controller has absolutely no grip and the rest of this coating is starting to peel away from the back. I’ve switched back to my original Xbox controller due to how fragile this custom controller is. 200+ dollars on a controller that basically tears itself apart within weeks of continuous play.

Update: 8/14- Received email stating order has been cancelled with the amount that will be refunded. Refund hasn’t been received yet but could be processing still.

Ordered an Xbox elite controller January 5 2021. Followed up on the status on May 20 and was told it would be shipped a week later. Followed up again June 26 and was offered a refund. Accepted and was told refund would occur the following Monday. Refund was not issued and followed up again on July 21. No response. All messages were via Facebook messenger via the button on their website.

Amazing quality and customer service. Will for sure be ordering a couple more controllers !!!

I ordered and xbox controller April 27th and joy cons april 28th IV sent countless emails to any employee named ryan over the pass few months. I got little to no response from ryan over this time and when i did get ahold of him and asked for a refund he told me my xbox controller would be shipped that week and id get a refund for the joy cons. Its been 2 weeks and I got my joy cons last week but not xbox controller or refund for anything. I couldnt find a phone number or another email ro talk to anyone else. If at all possible I would like to talk to literally anyone else and get this sorted out

Beautifully designed controller. My kid loves it!

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it took a few months to get the controller to me and I had to follow up a few times to get an update. That said, the artwork is EXCELLENT and the finish is great. Just remember to order early and be patient....you'll love the end result.

The controller was made professionally and is highly quality product.

Took it 2 1/2 months to ship sorry. Taking two weeks after shipment because of usps. Only got one response back when I messaged them to ask what was goin on with my product. Have not received the product yet so I hope ends up being what I wanted. It’s still in Kansas and I’m in California so I sought I will get it on time.

The only thing I found different was the metallic green color was darker in the picture than what was on the controller when I received it , but my son in law loved it.

The paint job and remote control are awesome they did an amazing job on everything highly recommended
