The wait for our custom Dragon Ball Z Xbox One controller was a bit longer than expected but WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!! The controller is incredible quality and so so cool!!! Would buy from him again for sure!!
If it seems like the controller is taking awhile just wait it out...it is worth it because the controller you will receive is top notch quality!!

The ordering process was straight forward and easy. My controller came in a box with padding to ensure it arrived safely. Shipping was not that long even though it felt like an eternity because i couldn’t wait to use my controller. Once i received it and charged it fully, i used it on a first person shooter and it performed perfectly. I’m very happy with my controller and i will be purchasing another one in the future.

I purchased a Jason Voorhees xbox one controller from this company and it was the worst experience I've ever had, it took about five and a half to six weeks to arrive when it finally did I was discouraged the packaging was disgraceful, they shipped my loose controller in a box with 3 bags of air, no other packaging!, the sync button was missing and the so paint job looks OK but it's all dry spray it feels like a dirty paper bag, and the paint has chipped in spots and just continues to peel it seems as if there was no cleaning of the plastic or pretreatment and some how this got past quality control

I got a customized controller a little over 2 years ago as a gift from my girlfriend.

It did take a while to be completed due to the amount of customization, during which time the owner kept me up to date on the status.

The international shipping and customs clearing took a while as well, but I was very happy with the results! The controller arrived in perfect condition and was packaged properly.

The only issue I was experiencing at first was some squeeking when pressing left on the D-pad, but after getting in contact over IG DM with the owner, he clarified that this was caused by the gloss finish, and with a little use this should stop, and it did within a couple of minutes of repeated presses. After that it was smooth sailing!

Overall, I’m happy with the service and customization, as well as the after sales care!

Horrible, fraud company. Dishonest with poor work quality. Stay away. It's just one guy working out of his home.

I was told my controller would arrive in 2 weeks. It arrived over 6 weeks late. During this time I tried repeatedly to get in touch with the owner, but got no response. This is after I was told it was shipped, but must've been stolen in the mail (the tracking showed it never even got to the post office).

When the controller finally arrived, it was broken. The shell was out of place and the top buttons didn't work.

I returned the controller to be repaired. The owner said he would refund the shipping. He has not done so, and won't reply to my responses.

Save your money and get a controller from a real company.

This company steals money and refuses to send you your product. It had been a month and through many emails assuring me they would give me my product, they did not even when they said they’d send it during a week. If you want to give them a chance, I advise you to order through Amazon Pay. At least if you do that you will get your money back. Poor customer service and no product to show for it. ): it’s lame because I really wanted a rose gold controller, oh well. (It won’t let me reply, but I’ve got every email I have received from them and nothing of updates save for the one mentioned in this review and etc. Not trying to be rude, just beware if you intend to buy here, sorry~ I hope things improve in the future)

Ordered a controller in January and still have not received it. I have contacted them on multiple occasions to ask for an update and received no update at all. I have asked for a refund and have had no response. DO NOT USE.
