Was there for APK. They called me and i needed new front and back brake pads. Front pads Bosch BP1505 (they calculated 240,- for the pads only) and Back pads Bosch BP1504 (they calculated 217,- for the pads only). I paid it.

After i check internet. The BP1505 is 37,- on amazon and 40-50,- on winparts. Autodoc even cheaper. For the BP1504 amazon asks 28,- etc.

I paid 457,- for the pads in total. Online not even +60,- for the total. Absurd.

I feel like i am ripped off. And definitely going to complain to the ACM in holland. Kwikfit calculates absurd increased prices.

No hesitation in giving the Kwikfit branch on Barbourne road in Worcester a 5 star review. My latest visit to have my front suspension bushes replaced was excellent. I feel safer driving the car now. Prices are always fair and every job, however small,gets their same excellent attention.

The staff at Bethnal Green road kwik fit are really helpful and efficient, I am disabled customer and they could not have helped me more even went and got me a bottle of water ! Nice to get helpful attentive staff as well as fixing my tyre

Buying two new Michelin tyres has been a bumpy ride, but with a good ending. Michelin initially supplied 2023 tyres and after complaining, KwikFit ordered a new pair of 2024 tyres to replace them on my car. All in all, a good rate for the goodwill of the people at this KwikFit store.

What went fine was that I got information over phone for different options. But in the end price seems very high. I have change of break assembly for my car but parts cost seems very high.

This morning I went to Kwikfit Bussum. I had a flat tire and I need someone to look at it as I needed to go to work. Of course I understand that they couldn’t help me straight away. That I would have to wait.
I didn’t even get a chance to explain the issue as a bald man at the reception got verbally aggressive and didn’t even try to listen. He was very unfriendly. There was no room for me to speak. I decided to take my car and drive away despite the extra damage driving could bring to the car.

I went in to fix a braking issue, and they told me the rear brake pads and discs needed replacement. I agreed to their quoted price of €467, assuming that even with a slight markup, the difference wouldn’t be too extreme. However, after checking the actual prices of the parts they used, I am shocked. They charged €258 for a set of discs that cost just €40 online and €206 for brake pads that are available for €32. That’s outrageous! I will never go back there again.
