Quick, excellent and friendly service

I came with the request to check petrol hoses (smell of petrol in the salon) and brakes (creak from the front wheel on the small speed). My car was returned back end of the day with the solution - nothing to be repaired, all is good. The smell of petrol and creak sound is still there.

I’ve always had a great experience with this auto service, especially at KwikFit Amsterdam Zuid-Oost. The team is very professional and honest in the way they work. Prices are fair and transparent, and the staff are always friendly, polite, and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Kwikfit Lowestoft.

Just been completed saved by Jack in KF Lowestoft. On a road trip to Hopton with my 2 friends and a 6 month old baby and the motorway tested us with a slow puncture, no way we could’ve got home safe without his amazing customer service and support. Thank you! Thank you! THANK YOU!

We received really quite outstanding service from this company. We are Canadians and were on a cycle trip through the Netherlands when we had a bicycle accident which made one bikes unrideable. We were very stuck. All the bike shops we called were not even willing to look at the bike, except Kwik Fit. I spoke on the phone with an agent named Stephanie, who found Arul at the Wibautstraat location in Amsterdam. She was excellent and even followed up later to make sure we had found the location. Arul was the bike repair guy, spoke excellent English. stopped his other work to attend to our issue, ordered the replacement part express, and had it fixed sooner than he said. He found a couple of other issues, which I had suspected, repaired/replaced them, and the bike was like new in 2 business days. I rarely get cheerful competent service like that anywhere and would highly recommend Arul, Stephanie and the Kwik Fit Wibautstraat bike repair location to anyone.

KwikFit in Hoofddorp is my preffered garage service as you leave the car there in the morning and the team repairs it the same day. The garage is very clean, the staff is professional and knowledgeable, the reception staff very friendly. You can also wait and work while your car is being repaired and the waiting area is very comfortable and with wi-fi. I totally trust the service that my car is in good hands and at the right price, also respecting warranty.
