Worst Estate Agents ever had
Worst Estate Agents ever had, want to rate them without any star as they don't deserve a single one....don’t use them in any case…!!!
Their Goodmayes, Ilford Branch took my £750.00 as holding deposit and didn’t even offered me the flat, for which I have given holding deposit to them. They have no professional administration/manners at all, they're only after your money??? after huge struggle I got some part of my money back but still lost the rest of my holding deposit and haven’t got a place to rent. I even emailed them and told them that I can sue them for this misconduct but no response, no refund at all???

We are sorry to hear this and are somewhat surprised at your review considering how the matter was concluded at our office. To clarify when you left a holding deposit the conditions on which these were received were outlined in our tenants guide notes which you signed. This clearly states that in the event of references not being acceptable then this amount is at risk. In this instance your reference report was unable to be concluded due to not being able to receive a satisfactory landlords reference. We agreed to only hold back £200 towards administration and referencing costs and return the balance which you accepted.
