A special mention needs to go to Paul Quatremain, who did an absolutely fantastic job... Selling a house can be a very daunting process, however Paul continually went out of his way to help smooth things out (... even when he was off sick with flu, it didn’t stop him working on my case!)...
If your looking to either buy or sell a house I would definitely recommend Kurtis.

We met with a number of estate agents before deciding that Paul Quatremain from Kurtis was the best choice. He was professional and knowledgeable and really delivered on his promise when it came to the high level of service that Kurtis provide. We couldn’t believe it when he told us he had an offer of £320,000 (more than other agents valued it at) which we accepted upon Paul's advice. Like most people, dealing with Estate Agents and finding the right one can be a bit of a pickle. When looking around, I found some homes that on paper should've been the perfect home but once we found the one, we bought, the agent had a lot to do with it. They were extremely professional but also, they went above and beyond by touching base whilst we were trying to get our finance sorted. They made the whole process super smooth for us This was going to be my first home. I found the perfect home for my own needs and Kurtis were really accommodating to that fact. They let us know within a few days by communicating with the vendor that our offer was accepted.
They went above and beyond for us! There was some minor damage to the property and Kurtis had it fixed before we moved in so that was amazing and a testament to the fact that they really care about their clients and everyone they deal with. I want to give a personal mention to the Paul Quatremain who dealt with our case. Thank you!
