I was in contact with the company on the Saturday about my holiday and the price, but I needed to wait until the Monday to confirm with my employer that I could take the relevant days off work. When that was confirmed, I called back to complete the booking but was told the fares had increased by £66 pp. There wasn't much I could do about that but it was a shock to see such a rise within such a short amount of time, ie less than two days.

Brilliant service and Chloe in the Winchester branch was amazing. Going to a place that we would have looked at.

This is my second Cruise this year.I would only book with Kuoni,as nothing is to much for the staff.I ask them to find an Xmas market cruise for me and my friend.They sorted everything out for us,the only thing we have to do is enjoy ourselves.

We were booking a holiday with another company but they did not come up with what we actually wanted. The lady at kuoni listened and tailored the holiday exactly as we had envisioned.

We recently had a face to face booking with Matt at the Nottingham (John Lewis) Branch. The appointment was never felt rushed and Matt managed to tick all the boxes for us for an upcoming holiday to the Maldives, he also managed to get us a good deal on upgraded business class flights.

Staff knew the place we wanted to go and offered us different places/choices looking at various places and timings. Very patient.

Following our last holiday in the Maldives in September we went into the Cheltenham Shop where Jess provided us with a quote for next year. She contacted us in November to let us know of the Black Friday deals which enabled us to book the holiday for about £500 less than the quote. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

We are currently in Vietnam via a kuoni holiday, We asked what the best time to visit would be for a beach holiday in hoi an as one of our stops. November was said to be the best month so we went with the “expert” advice as we have never travelled to Southeast Asia before. unbeknownst to us it’s the middle of the rainy season and while we were in ha long bay about to go to hoi an a typhoon hit it, kuonis response was “hope the weather improves” no correspondence as to whether it was actually safe to go they didn’t care one bit. Also another couple from Sheffield was booked the exact same holiday same dates/hotels/flights, so it isn’t a custom fit package to suit your needs it’s just the same thing they sell to everyone. Avoid them at all costs, shocking customer service.

Kuoni is the most amazing , travel company, ,We have been with many over the years , but always come back to Kuoni , no one can compare , it’s not an holiday out of a book , they listen , to your needs what you want out of a holiday and it’s done just for you , just you , if your budget is small no problem , We first went with Kuoni 25 years ago before it was hardly heard of in the uk , But since Meadowhall as opened , Dev and Zoe have become such important special people in our lives and realise , what fantastic people Kuoni have working for them , that make this company so special it’s these people , that make us come back time after time for just us two or a family , they take there time , who else could give 6 people a perfect holiday for each one of us at a reasonable good price , A grumpy old man and his lovely wife , there son with injuries after a accident our daughter in law, our stroppy 15 year old Granddaughter who is deaf , our other 13 year old Granddaughter who as autism and give each one a fantastic holiday , bringing a family together and that’s what you Dev and Zoe have done you built an holiday , you gave a family a bond , with your expertise and care to our needs thank you so much our family are so grateful it’s not just an holiday with you , we could go to other companies who give us free upgrades with been with you so long , but they couldn’t give us what you have given us over the years and naw Zoe as done the most special holiday just go the grumpy old mad and me , thank you x x x ,

Booking a 20 night, 4 centre holiday to Thailand couldn't have been easier. All sorted over a phonecall. I looked at the Kuoni website and decided which locations, hotels etc I wanted. Two of the hotels I that wanted weren't available, but they suggested others nearby which were very suitable. Hannah was very helpful.
