Our holiday organiser was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble - all options explored and heaps of useful advice given about Japan and the Celebrity Cruise Ship Millennium.
Everything sorted with a couple of phone calls and emails and the booking made. We are so excited!

Fantastic customer service and knowledge
Fantastic customer service.
Samantha at the Harrogate branch was excellent in providing some initial advice and then helping us to plan our upcoming multi-centre trip to the US. Her knowledge of the places we planned to visit was invaluable. Over a couple of weeks she amended our itinerary to our satisfaction with no fuss or pressure to book whilst ensuring we kept to our original budget. I would recommend any of the Harrogate Team if you are requiring some assistance with planning a multi centre overseas holiday. You also get a nice cup of coffee whilst discussing your holiday plans !!

America's golden triangle
We've just booked a trip to America's golden triangle with Ben and we couldn't fault him. He went above and beyond for us, adjusting our quotes for us to get the best option that suited us without any hassle even with lots of back and forth it was no problem. He listened and didn't hassle and pester us like other companies did. He even sent us recommendations after we'd booked from his own experiences/others who he trusted. Thank you Ben!

Cost of holiday rose by £66pp within two days
I was in contact with the company on the Saturday about my holiday and the price, but I needed to wait until the Monday to confirm with my employer that I could take the relevant days off work. When that was confirmed, I called back to complete the booking but was told the fares had increased by £66 pp. There wasn't much I could do about that but it was a shock to see such a rise within such a short amount of time, ie less than two days.
