Not enough connectors for the lights…
Not enough connectors for the lights and the screws also didn’t fit perfectly and now the tree is not straight.
A bit disappointing for such an expensive tree.

Perfect Christmas Tree for White Christmas
We had an artificial christmas tree for 20 years and this year was perfect time to replace it. I found Royal Christmas online and due to their great selection I immediately decided to buy the tree. Unfortunatelly it was not available, so I had to wait for 10 days. After the purchase I got the parcel in one week. I set up the christmas tree the same day and I have to say it is PERFECT. Easy to assemble, wonderful branches, perfect snow and frosting. Integrated LED lights: top.

Trees not compatible with UK sockets.
Living in the UK this website comes up near the top of a Google search for Christmas trees so one would expect that the trees are compatible for use with UK 3 pin sockets.
THEY ARE NOT!
They come with EU 2 pin plugs!
This information is on the website but it is not at all clear.
Customer Services have been completely unhelpful.
