Never again

Congratulations, Kunaki. You've managed to build a service that is simultaneously overpriced, dysfunctional, geographically delusional, and apparently run by no one.

The website? Pure 2004 nostalgia. Broken ASP links, a calculator that throws server errors, and a copyright footer that hasn't been updated since 2023 because why maintain a site when you can just let it slowly rot while still charging people?

Shipping to Europe? Sure! France doesn't exist in their country list (bold choice for a supposedly international service), but you CAN ship to neighboring countries for the low, low price of MORE THAN TEN TIMES the manufacturing cost. $26 shipping on a $2 CD. Genius.

And if something goes wrong? Their customer service will lose your receipts, offer you a partial refund, then deny ever offering it, then tell you to contact someone else entirely. Kafka would be impressed.

Kunaki in 2026 is a ghost ship: still sailing, no crew, taking on water, and somehow still charging passengers full fare.

1 star because zero isn't an option.

Kunaki LLC is selling software DVDs on eBay using false advertising. When you receive the DVD or CD it will not have the License and Product number (as advertised) in order to activate the software. When I contacted the "person" who sold the software they had unregistered from eBay, or disappeared with my money.

I enjoyed the initial ease of uploading and creating... how've after that, nothing is easy. 2 weeks for 1 cd, then after finding a mistake i begged for help and this was their response
"We ask you to go elsewhere. We ask that you no longer use our service. You are asking us to pay for your mistake. Your order will be trashed.

Thank you for understanding."

Ummmmkay.... nice to know my work is trash. I never asked anyone to pay for it. I asked that they change one thing!

In a day where good customer service is hard to find, we will stick with those that are willing to work with new producers. Clearly kunaki does not care one bit about anything but your money.
Hoping someone cool find my cds in their trash somewhere!

I ordered a custom vinyl and it shipped within a week and the quality is amazing I am very happy and I will be buying from kunaki again

my custom yandhi vinyl came, i paid 12 bucks for shipping and it got to NY fast even tho it came from nevada. quality and cover art were great, just had a few skips but thats the best your gonna get for that price.

shipping to the netherlands for 1! vinyl was 34 euros + 15 euros customs clearance fees. the vinyl sounds like shit and it took 3 weeks to ship. never again!

Extremely overpriced shipping and at the end of it all I had to also pay import duties. Obviously didn’t Pay them (import duties) cause the order of 1 CD was tittering the 25$ mark.

Bought the Picture Disc vinyl and it came out with amazing sound quality, and a wonderful looking disc design 1:1 with what I sent in. I highly recommend Kunaki.

Me and my Band War and Rage were making a pre-print for your CD to see how they would turn to be. They CD's where well priced, so we ordered 3 of them. the platform was easy to work with, and everything. they arrived early and shipped fast.
The CD itself was cool, but the audio was quiet on full volume, on my CD player and Speaker both at 100. but they play well and still very hearable.
Mp3's are the reason i think its quiet, but could be wrong
overall, really liked them and would be good for CD production.

We ordered Blu-Rays for our film. Not only did Kunaki send us completely empty Blu-Rays, but when we complained and asked them to rectify the situation, they did not reply. Instead, they just outright cancelled our account with them, despite the money we had paid them.

I placed an order for records and received them on time. However, they were not working correctly and I have emailed Kunaki numerous times asking them to contact me to discuss the issue. NOT ONE RESPONSE FROM KUNAKI. Stay away from this company!

After ordering a bunch of records, we discover that these are cut at an alarmingly low level, meaning the signal has to be boosted so much it makes it impossible to use these records on a regular PA, even a fair home system will struggle with feedback. Upon providing this info to Kunaki, they claim the records they produce are only made for smaller systems and that everything is fine. If they had provided this info upfront we'd all be okay, but they didn't. Stay away from these amateurs. They do not know what they are doing. And on top of that, every single record on the order arrived damage to the sleeve. An absolute disgrace.

I am a musician and I wanted to have all my old EPs and albums on CD. Read about Kunaki online and gave it a shot. I have since ordered over 50 CDs from them and have not had any issues. They all come when they're supposed to and are in good shape. Every once and a while the case is cracked a bit, but that'd be the same if I ordered 50 White Stripes CDs from Amazon--they probably wouldn't all be in perfect condition.

Extremely low price per CD, low shipping, quick turn-around, no complaints.

I will continue to use them for every project I have from here on out.

The rest of the people on hear are either paid to review kunaki low or have never used the app. Kunaki is extremely affordable, ships fast, has several options for how you want your music or tv to be physically copied, and they ship out of Nevada incase you live in the US.

I used them to produce and make vinyls, CDs, then out of the blue I contact them because my orders arrived damaged and they closed my account with over 100$ in pending orders forcing me to refund pending orders I had with people. Now I am working with my bank to receive the money they stole because their customer service has no way of seeing how much money they owe me as they CLOSED my account for REACHING OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do NOT use KUNAKI they produce cheaply made quiet vinyls anyways and their CD cases constantly arrived broken (I had a lot I sold these). Terrible company, terrible product, and even more terrible customer service. Scammers.

Personally I'm really happy with my order only issue is that with the picture disc it's hard to see the picture cause of the grooves

Really awful experience. Cds arrived cracked and when I asked for a refund I was banned from kunaki and some cds arrived with a manufacturer issue or not the cd I ordered.

Customer service is 💩. I had upload problems because they say they support .tiff and other formats. But when I contacted customer service, the smart ass said “This means that your artwork is not industry standard JPEG/JPG format”. Any REAL graphic designer knows that JPEGs are NOT industry standard for print EVER. Kunaki is maybe ok if you don’t have to deal with any of their people. If you can afford to go somewhere that takes longer, go there instead…it will be better quality than Kunaki.

14 different CD releases. We need stock immediately.
They make it and ship it FAST ...anywhere! The quality is perfectly fine. They've been reliable for us for Years!
You can pay more for egotistical bells and whistles. That wont make your music better or sell more units. We will continue to order from Kunaki...word. If vinyl is your thing...and there are secret dark details that must be complied to for your project....you are on your own. Don't blame them. We've had no issues with customer service and contact has been kind and courteous.

Incomplete orders with no resolve, and little to NO communication. There system makes mistakes regularly and they don’t do right by you when they mess up your order.
