At first, my rating was about to be 4 stars due to my initial test pressing having a bit of surface noise. However, after receiving a better copy in less than 2 weeks, free of charge, I give Elastic Stage 5 stars for their outstanding service and communication. The option to order a single album/CD or bulk copies of either is great, especially at a reasonable rate. I got one 12" record with a full color jacket, pressed for the same price of a 7" single record from another company with generic white sleeve. Talk about getting more music for your money. Whether if it's an album for your catalog or something to scratch off your bucket list, Elastic Stage is a great place to get your vinyl pressed.

As part of the artist community (beginner) I was putting together my requested songs on a cd format and then cloned the vinyl. I ran into a problem balancing my A and B side. I placed my help request and recieved back very clear directions as to how to fix my issue. Timely response! And Accurate! Thank you

I received my vinyl of Principal Character's debut album Madness in the Method exactly when promised. I was impressed with feel of the sleeve, the marvellous artwork was well served by the quality of the card. More importantly the record itself was as professional quality as any I own.

You can acquire your personalized vinyl, cassette, CD, or other physical media without incurring any costs. The audio quality is exceptional; however, please anticipate a lead time of approximately one month for delivery, as these items are produced on demand.

Customer service was great when a package was lost they sent another. Overseas to Canada takes a while with the vinyl but overall a great service.

Holding that record in my hand, watching our songs etched on the groove lines.. just pure love. The warmth of vinyl and the excitement of dropping a needle to bring that sound alive, this record delivers it all. elasticStage, thank you.

No problems at all. When we need their support they response the most fast they can, because not every time the package arrives at time, and they try most of the time accelerate and see what`s going on in short time! The platform to create the vinyl or cd is very easy too, the simple way is the best, don´t need to use advanced techniques. After we create for example the vinyl we can clone for cd, we can edit any time our works, take off the releases for example. If elasticStage continues work like that, we have a service that many artists looking for to use it, in a long time!

Very quick response to the issue. Took a few transactions with the staff but the problem was at my end. A purchased album had a couple of minor defect on 2 separate songs and tried to send a video but you weren't able to open those due to my ineptitude on my phone. The rest of the album sounded great so very happy with that. Also, very happy with the quick responses and the solution with a new album being sent.

Discovered these guys through a fellow Bandcamp user and noticed they were selling CDs. Looked into it, singed up, uploaded an album and artwork, it was very easy to use. I love that a guy making left-field electronic music as a hobby can find a company that would enable physical product. Customer service was great too!

over the last year i have Released 4 Albums through Elastic stage
they may not be the best Albums but they are my words all mine . yea i use AI for the voices and music but you get out what you put into your songs.
So when i started using Elasticstage i was amazed how easy it was to make an lp & cd.
try it you wont regret it!
my music is for me and a few family and friends but be it one Album to a whole batch its not a problem.
i did have a problem last week of my own making, i had spelt my own name wrong lol
but the guys helped me change things as i had Locked all the info in.
have confidence in Elasticstage
but more importantly have FUN!

Great company CD arrived when estimated will use again

So far elastic stage has been helpful, but I’m required to change my password every day lately I don’t know what that’s about from what I’ve googled it’s a security feature and it’s because someone is trying
To log into my accounts to account with the wrong credentials, I wouldn’t put it past my neighbours,

A great idea and a great product. Had 2 releases done and a third almost done and more to follow. Had a print issue with one but customer service were great and replaced no problem. Would easily recommend this to up and coming bands/musicians/singers etc to promote themselves.

I've only purchased a custom vinyl from elasticStage so far and I'm very satisfied with the quality of it all!
My vinyl sleeves were a little damage so they sent out a replacement! Quick customer support.

Ordered a vinyl, but the sleeve was damaged by USPS. Asked ElasticStage if I could buy a replacement sleeve and they replaced EVERYTHING at no cost to me. This company WILL go above and beyond!
