Brilliant!
Really impressed with this company. The scarf is gorgeous, so soft and the best price anywhere for the material. Customer service excellent, went out of their way to get it to me in time for an event and it arrived in time despite it not being guaranteed until the Monday because it was a weekend. Really impressed and will be buying more of their gorgeous scarves.

I was really upset with my order
I was really upset with my order. I ordered 5 items, and only got three of them. There was nothing to tell me why 2 were missing. After emailing them, I only got why they were missing, it was out of stock. Money back, but if I didn´t write, I would have not gotten answers.
Also the stuff I did get, was poorer quality that I have gotten in the past. I unfortunately think this is the last time I will order from them :(

Awful customer service
I am absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service in the Bedford store. I’ve been several times and the clothes and some staff that are good, but one of the members of staff is awful. He has been on face time, vaping and yesterday I went in the store to see him sat in an armchair asleep at the back!! I have left a review on google previously about the face time and vaping and was told that the matter was looked into and wouldn’t happen again. However since returning to the store, I saw the member of staff vaping again. When they replied to my google review, they said it was a one off incident but if it’s still happening clearly it isn’t. They also said to contact them on the website so that they could compensate for the issue, I couldn’t find on the website to speak with someone so I emailed (email sent on 25th July) but I still haven’t received a response. I have never dealt with such an incompetent company. Maybe their online store is better, but never go to the Bedford store.

Just got my dresses today 🤗 😍 ☺. They are absolutely gorgeous 😍. They fit my hourglass ⌛ figure flawlessly. I would highly recommend this company. I live in US and it didn't took too long for them to get here. From the day I ordered them and the day they got here it all took 11 days.
