The dresses were nice quality and choice of styles and colours , I ordered 3 bridesmaid’s dresses for size and style and chose to keep one.
The returns process needs work hence 2 stars removed , I had to email for a label, other than that no communication about if the dresses had been received. I had to email again for confirmation.
I also had the £4.75 postage deducted from my refund which I thought was unfair given I had purchased a dress.
It’s unlikely that someone would order a number of items and keep them all. Think the policy should be changed so that if you keep any of the items but return some then postage should be free

Loved the dress but unfortunately it was far too small on the bust. Good price but not for the larger lady.

Received the dress the sizes in slightly on the smaller side would recommend sizing up, also there’s a lot of frayed material on parts of the dress! Not happy with the quality for this price.

It was so easy. I placed my order with ease. I received regular updates on the shipping process and my parcel arrived on time. The item was of good quality and value for money.

The quality of the product was poor, the sizing is smaller than expected and the fabric was cheap. postage is expensive and you have to pay the same again to send it back, so i payed about £10 for a POS i didn't even keep

Update: The company emailed me to send me free return postage, so I did go with that. I got the full price of the product bsck but still lost £5 in postage originally, for something I'd look at and put back on the shelf, in store. It was a little bit of a battle, there was a miscommunication, and I found the Customer Service team a little condescending.

The dress is amazing, like the colour, perfect length. It fits really well.

I was really worried when I ordered from the company as I'd never heard of the company before , but I'm so happy with my bridesmaids dresses , I highly recommend the company

it was easy to order, fantastic prices delivery was fast. One item was missing however there was no fuss correcting the mistake and it was resolved and sent out within days. I would recommend highly to all my friends and family.

Paid for next day delivery and it came 2 days later.

Just don’t bother save your money.
The dress material was completely see through? I had to send both dresses back. It was meant to be next day delivery and I didn’t receive in time. When you send things back they keep original postage charge which I paid more for to get it next day which didn’t happen and they also keep back funds to charge you for returning a faulty item. Will not use them again. £10 down in postage charges for rubbish late service and products. Don’t bother. I have previously bought from here and the dress was nice but clearly they have stopped making quality products.

said wool, got thin cheap rubbish suposed to be a jumper xxl couln not put my arms in real cheap,gaver to oxfam,if you want cheap made in sweatshop clothes ok ,this 18pound jumper was disgusting

This company is fantastic the Ladie who dealt with me was very patient and kind even sent two dresses for me to try to see if size was suitable I recommend this company to everyone

Never received my dress & paid extra £5.99 for next day delivery!! They need to stop using Yodel,, as they are a rubbish & useless delivery company & keep the items for themselves but don’t deliver there APP website doesn’t work

First time ordering from here and certainly won't be the last , ordered bridesmaids dresses and was delivered within 3 days of ordering . Packaged well and the dresses was as described in the description and look even better in person

I ordered three items and my total was $100.69. I waited 20 days for shipping and I never got my package. I messaged customer support and they apologized and said they sent a replacement package. Another 20 days passed, and I didn't receive the replacement. I message them again and they said that my package had been lost and they cant send a replacement because they were sold out. I checked, and they had sold out of 2/3 of the items I had ordered (so they still could have sent me one of them). They said they would issue a full refund, but only refunded me $99.66 for some reason.
