Korniche Reviews 

I have two Korniche Lanterns. Both were badly installed with mastic everywhere, even using it to replace structural parts (which they had broken) - yet none of this was their fault!
I contacted Customer Services (specifically Tracy) who could not have been more helpful and based on photographic evidence identified the issues and produced a report which was instrumental in my winning the small claim against my cowboy installers.

Purchased two large Korniche roof lanterns from one of there distributors, thou the lanterns came well packed the problems were mainly with the glass, One pane arrived shattered and the driver off loaded it covering the drive in glass. The replcement came quickly but it was wrong. Eventullay got the correct replacement. The lantern install had to be put back some 8 month so only installed in June 23. All went together well accept the problem was glass again. One glass had the sticker in the void between panes. Sent an email with photos etc. and phoned the distrubtor but got no reply email and now phoning them you just get a continuous waiting music. So thou the lanterns are actually very good we cant finish the install with one glass which was made incorrectly. It has been o month now and no responce. I then spoke with (MFT) Made For Trade who are the Korniche Manufacturer where i got the response you would expect from a quality company. They quickly sorted my glass issue within a week. I would like to add that the Korniche Lantern is a excellent well made product that goes together well, looks fantastic and i wouldnt hesitate to use this product again, especially with the excellent customer service MFT provide.

Bought a 4m x 3m roof lantern and as a DIY'er i was very nervous about installing the lantern, I should not have worried the lantern was brilliantly designed and slotted together perfectly. Really impressed with the quality and the ease of fitting.

Only one problem is that flies can get trapped on the ledge that the lantern is mounted.

A great product backed by a solid service you cannot go wrong choosing a Korniche product...believe the Hype! they really are the best!

Really well engineered and fitter friendly products. Both the Bi-folding doors and Roof Lanterns are easy to install with clear instructions and very few after sales issues.

Having purchased a Korniche Roof Lantern via a third party company, I was very happy with my purchase. Recently, one of the window panes cracked which was unexplained. I contacted the third party company and I was told they had ceased trading due to covid. I was extremely upset as when I initially purchased the roof lantern, this also included a warranty/guarantee for a set number of years. I eventually managed to get in touch with MADE FOR TRADE. Tom in particular was the most helpful and efficient customer service advisor. He dealt with my query immediately and gave me as much advice as possible and also took on the responsibility of ensuring this will be resolved promptly. I emailed across information to Tom as he had requested to help him in resolving this matter and he responded with good news within a couple of days - taking into account we had the weekend in between! Tom managed to locate the window supplier and arrange for a replacement to be delivered. Tom has been amazing! Thank you.. I highly recommend Tom for his customer service and the efficiency he has reflected during this process. Thank you again Tom!!

Had a minor post-installation problem with the installation builder omitting some small, but important, fixing clips. The help team answered my question quickly and sent the clips for within days. Excellent response,

As a roofing contractor (Kemp Roofing Contractors Ltd), I have now purchased a fair few of these lanterns via my merchants for various projects, and I have to say that they are quite simply the best on the market.
Used many different units over the years, and none come close to the quality of Korniche. Always well packaged and great to install. My customers are always delighted with the finished job. I will always buy Korniche for future projects.

Bought a 6m x 1m roof light through a reseller.
Brilliant bit of kit.
Well designed, strong and stable and simple to assemble.
Arrives really well packaged and with clear assembly instructions, plus there's plenty of instructional videos available to give you a helping hand.
Overall really pleased and its it made such an impressive addition to my home.

I have used this company for a while, Good Quality product but best of all is the customer service, Laura was excellent with replacement products.

The item is well made and feels like a quality item, however they seem to have got the quality control wrong. Items were received damaged despite being very well wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap, leading me to believe they were wrapped this way. They were replaced quickly, but I did find this of concern. I am building a further property and will be considering my options. There are a few other products available.

I can honestly say this was the best product I have ever fitted. The korniche roof lantern 2500 x 1600. It was as easy to fit as the video demo. Delivered on time very well packaged no damage. So well engineered, it fitted together with ease. This was a stress free job that I wood be pleased to fit any time. This product represents excellent value for money. Would highly recommen to anyone who is looking for a lantern.

I just wanted to express my sincere thanks to Chris Caley for all his help and advice at the recent Homebuilding and Renovating show at the NEC.
I had brought my building plans with me and Chris was able to show me what the options in my plan looked like in reality> This helped me to decide that the plans needed some changes. Without his help I may well have made some serious mistakes and this could have cost me a significant amount of money.
He was extremely friendly and attentive and I went away with a much clearer idea of what i needed. He also offered to have a local supplier contact me for a quote for what i needed. Chris is a real asset to his company.

We have installed two Korniche bifolds in the last couple of weeks and they are a fantastic product. Very similar to the other designs we are used to however, the new tap in glazing beads look great and saved a good hour cutting glazing gaskets in.

We will continue to use this product based on our experience so far.
