I ordered a product from Kompernass (No. W56468S), but it arrived broken and inadequately packaged. Despite multiple attempts via their website and email, I received no response and never got a ticket number. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service.
Do not honour the guarantee
Do not honour the guarantee. ignore messages and calls. Item is useless. Would never buy again

Been trying to have a Lidl sds drill replaced or repaired, it's been madness. Can not get a reply from this company who is met to service the warranties for Parkside. I have given up! my time is worth more.
Extremely Disappointing Service — Complaint Ignored
I submitted a complaint no 118550098 via Lidl regarding a Silver Crest product on June 11th, and it's now been over a month without any response from Kompernaß. Despite my repeated follow-ups, nobody from the service team has made any contact with me. This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially since I used to regard both Kompernaß and the Silver Crest brand very highly.
Sadly, my patience has completely run out. I’ve already bought a replacement espresso machine from a different brand (De’Longhi) and decided I will not purchase household appliances from Lidl in the future.
I am sharing my experience here so others are aware: what could have been a simple issue to resolve has resulted in a total loss of trust. I expected better communication and support.
Would not recommend the service or the brand based on my experience.

ZERO stars is what Kompernass and trading partner LIDL deserve, as they make the money and sell anything without concern as to it's functionality

Bought a charger and battery of this company .a woman Catherine burgess rang me this morning after my complaint that the charger blew what I reckon a capacitor went in it a solder ball blew out the side of it .which then she informed me was impossible !!! And it wasn't the product I bought of them which I have an invoice for THIS WAS A FIRE HAZARD they sent me out a charger that was built in 2018 which I bought in February which she couldn't even get her dates right practically accused me of being a lier im an electrical engineer do I might no a little more than as she said which I doubt she is a supervisor don't let them get away with it people ill be seeking legal advice and putting a serious complaint in against this arrogant with little knowledge woman .

Worthless warranty
After contacting Lidl regarding a faulty Parkside item I was passed to this company that deals with the warranty claims.
When I say deal, I mean they fob you off and don’t honour the warranty.
I won’t be buying anymore Parkside items….

Same story like many before.
Lidl customers have no clue that this scammers are behind the warranty of the parkside products.
With other words, 0 warranty. It does say 3 years but lidl will send you to these cowboys, and they will find a way not to replace or service the product.
Mine Orbital Sander broke after 10 min of use, despite the warranty they refuse to do anything.
So, avoid parkside and these people.
They refuse to supply spare parts, turning fixable tools into E-waste.
After contacting Kompernass about a replacement part for a tool which they still sell, they told me they were unable to sell me the part as it was an internal part, not a consumable. This means the tool is now useless, NOT because it's unfixable, but because Kompernass refuse to allow me to buy a replacement part. They suggested I buy a new tool.
This company does not want their tools to be repaired. By refusing to supply spare parts, this company is actively hostile to repair specialists and, in addition, the environment. They want you to dispose of the broken tools, and buy new ones (from them). This is not only a costly and unnecessary expense, but it's really bad for the environment. I expected better from kompernass, but it seems they're like a lot of other cheap tool brands.

The filter/holder were order on Sunday and were delivered first thing on Thursday morning. The cost of delivery was no more than I have paid for some deliveries from companies in the UK. Great service!

Bought 2 batteries and charger 2 years ago [with a 3 year gurantee] one battery faulty will not charge . I have been told no claim because they only have a 6 month warranty .Do not buy from this company unless you want yo be rob Keith

4 in 1 Multitool from Lidl failed after 2nd use. I returned the item and after initially saying they would replace under warranty and after 3 months of claiming they would send a replacement they now claim warranty was voided. Terrible customer service.
Buyer Beware!
Buyer beware! I bought a Parkside 12v cordless pruning saw from Lidl, all was working well but after just over a year it suddenly stopped working (pull the trigger - no movement). As it had a 3 year warranty I took it back to Lidl, I was informed at the shop that as it was greater than 12 months after purchase I had to contact the main customer services. No problem there. Contacted them, they asked all the usual questions and got comprehensive answers. They then passed it on to 'The Supplier' they contacted me, asked all the same questions! given all the same comprehensive answers, At this point I had the silly notion they would collect and test, however the next day they wanted a video of the saw not working! I duly took a video but found it was too big for email transfer and told them but again gave a full account of what was seen on the video. No reply, recontacted them, got a reply that said if I recorded a video showing the battery being put in a charger it should only be 5 seconds long and be of a size to attach!! - What good is showing that, when numerous times I told them that the saw didn't work on any of the 3 batteries I have (one came with the kit and 2 additional batteries I purchased), and why change what they want! but apparently this would be needed proceed with the warranty claim. Gave up at that point and will bin the saw and write off the cost to a bad lesson learned.
