They stole 82.49€ from me. Order never arrived and customer service never replied!

Did not answer.

I ordered a product from Pearl, and paid for it on eBay.
A few weeks later I received a letter that I had an open payment waiting to be paid and in addition, they were asking for an additional charge for not paying on time for another product I never received.
I suspect that they used my previous transaction to get my address and asked for another payment.

I made a purchase last week and tried to contact online support to ask for a tracking number, but no one ever replied. The customer service is terrible, or better said, non-existent. I will never buy from here again.

P.S. I have received reply saying that they do not have tracking number even I have paid 19,95EUR shipping fee for small item that was 19,99EUR. Stay away from those scammers!

Produkt not acc. To specification. No reaction on E-Mails. They don't care about customer.

The Shop is in my Opinion very nice and I never had a Problem with it, I think it says everything, that Pearl got better trustpilot ratings than for example amazon, ebay, mediamarkt and euronics. You also get some free products that work when you are customer at that site, for example they sended me an e-mail, where I could say if I want an Usb-Hub and I thought hey why not, now I'm still using it because it is very good and works well. Also you often got products on that site cheaper than on other.

Bought a Revolt 20000mah powerbank. I charged my 5000mah smartphone accu from 0% to 50 % and the powerbank goes from 100 % to 67 % . I´m very disappointed about this scam !

This is one of those shops where you will always find something useful, interesting or amusing. Prices are great, customer service smooth and easy.

Dont't buy from this webshop.

I ordered 8 items and the only delivered 3 of the 8 items. No word from them about anything missing in the delivery. The shipment fee was 33% of the total cost.

How is that even possible???

Delivery cost was 4.90€ and all goods will be sent 2nd day.
Now it cost 5.99 and normally need to wait 3-7 day to send out. An extra “Express delivery “ costs extra 1,95€ and it will be delivered in 2 working days, still slower than before. I am sorry that it looks like the cost increased but service reduced.
Email to customer was replied nicely and fast and was really helpful ( always in 24 hours) but sadly, not any more. The reply takes much longer time, and wording is not longer friendly and kind as before.
It was the best online shop to me in the past years because of the products and great service, but it changes since half year.

Product side, The very cheap electrical products are not so nice but still valuable for the price. But mostly, they have nice stuff and most time also nice prices.
Still very nice online shop if u don’t need your packages to be received soon.

I have ordered an item in the beginning of October (Pearl.ch). The delivery time was not clear until i saw the order receipt in e-mail. It says about 5-weeks. In the generation of online-shopping, 5-weeks delivery time is UNIMAGINABLE.

Bleibt von diesen Scammern fern! Ich hatte eine Uhr für 4,90€ plus 1,95€ Versandkosten bestellt. Als Bezahlmethode wurde PayPal ausgewählt. Was passiert? Das Paket kommt an, mit einer Rechnung dass Ich via Banküberweisung Zahlen muss. Die Versandkosten wurden auf 4,90€ erhöht.

Wenn Ich das Paket wieder zurückschicken wollte, musste Ich ein mehrseitigen "Retourenschein" ausfüllen. Ebenfalls sollte Ich die VSK für die Retoure übernehmen, was bei einem Unternehmen dieser Größe ein Witz ist.

Bleibt von dieser Seite fern! Ich werde dafür sorgen, dass niemand, den Ich kenne, von dieser betrügerischen Seite einen Einkauf tätigt! Eine Frechheit! Nie wieder!

Stay away from this website. I ordered a Clock for 4,90€ plus 1,95€ shipping. I clicked to pay via PayPal. And what did I get? I got a receipt stating that I have to pay via bank wire and the shipping costs got increased to 4,90€.

When I wanted to return the item you had to fill in an insanely large "retourenote". The buyer has to pay the costs for the retoure as well, what is inacceptable from a company of this size. Stay away from those scammers! I will ensure that no one buys from this scammy page from those people I know.

Edit: My money has been returned, therefore I increased my rating from 1 to 3 starts.

Worst user experience. I won something on McDonalds, which was suppose to be free. I register with the website, fill out all the fields and on the last page of checkout they add the shipping costs (min. 4,9 €, more if you pay by card or paypal).
Guys, you need to change this "scammy" setup and be more transparent with your costs.

I ordered an alarm for 40€ and 19€ in delivery to Denmark (very expensive delivery also!) and when I finally received the product (after 10 days..) it didn't work and the product also looked used. So I e-mailed Peal.de and they replied that I could return for a full refund including return delivery costs (which from Denmark to Pearl.de in Germany was 7€). So Pearl.de had promised me 40€+19€+8€ but they only refunded me 40€ - therefore Pearl.de is not recommendable or to be trusted.

After a lot of e-mails Pearl.de finally refunded everything.

When it comes to replace anything technical related at home (like headphones, cables, light bulbs and so on) I always start looking for it at pearl. Here I find on the website always multiple offers, with precise technical description and with very good prices (sometimes the best price). I bought several things already there in the last 5 years (satellite dishes. cables, headphones, sata/pata hdd adapters and many-many other stuff I cannot even remember). The quality is always good and you get always what is described. Shipping is fast. I never had the need/chance to speak with the support.
I recommend it for every technical people.
