My daughter loves her KOI unchained…
My daughter loves her KOI unchained belt monster boots, they arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The box is also covered in amazing artwork and adds to the product. The boots are well made and exactly as shown on the website. Very happy daughter even though she’s now nearly six foot in them!

Shoes never arrived 😒
I ordered the most beautiful pair of Mary Jane's on sale. I have just gone back to work and they were my celebration gift to myself. Unfortunately they never arrived and when I got in touch there were no more of the shoes in my size to replace them 😭 I can't fault customer service they immediately refunded me but I am totally gutted to have not got my perfect beautiful shoes 😢

Love the spiked shoes and if it was just them I would have given a five but, haven't worn the 3 other pairs I bought yet but if the first pair are anything to go by it'll be a five all the way. Will come back and edit when I do. Great service and prices (bought in the sale and a proper bargain too)

I love the shoes I got, because you can’t find the jelly shoes anymore in the United States. I just wish they were more squishy where your foot sits. It hurts your foot after a while and I don’t like wearing socks with sandals.

Great prices, fast delivery
I have ordered from Koi twice now and both times I was really happy. Unfortunately my first pair of Mary Janes broke after heavy use, and me refusing to unbuckle my Mary Janes when taking them off and putting them on, which resulted in the strap ripping at the base where the elastic is. This was clearly mostly my fault. My other pairs of shoes have been great and have not shown any damage. Considering the price they're absolutely worth getting! I also love the inclusive sizes compared to other places.

Never ordering again, claimed delivery but items were never received!
Updated because it doesn't look like there is an option to reply to their reply in which they claim I didn't contact them :
I can send you screenshots of my attempts to contact you both to the exact help email, and your Instagram page :) so please respect my brain
They claimed delivery but the items were never received, asked for either actually send it or refund but no reply from them (I tried contacting them through emails, Instagram, and so so many phone calls). Now waiting for my bank to resolve the issue. Never ordering from them again!
