Kogan is selling very poor products
Kogan is selling very poor products. For example I bought carpet cleaner and it only works 1 month and 1 day. I bought 3 fast 30W chargers, there were 2 only worked one hour. Further more, I didn't know how they can hided an auto charge on my PayPal account and charge me $129! I never agreed to join the membership of Kogan. When I wanted to cancel the membership, it's very hard to find the entrance. Kogan is just a scammer! They said they sent email to confirm the membership. But their logic is if I don't answer NO and need TAKE PROPERLY ACTION, That means I agree it automatically. What the terrible logic it is!? They should be faced legal action.

Kogan First
You buy a product online for the first time for $59, then two weeks later I get charged with an annual membership fee of $129 called Kogan first that I did not agree to or sign up for. You then have to create a login to be able to cancel this membership, but don't get a refund.
I will be reporting Kogan to the Australian ACCC

The info provided once the order was placed is excellent, speedy confirmation, good tracking info and product delivery speedily. It arrived a couple of days after the order, and it was bulky. Never have had any issues when ordering product from Kogan.

The item I purchased arrived within the 2-3 day delivery it arrived on the 2nd day after I ordered the item.
