I ordered a white studded jean jacket in January. It is now February 22 and still have not received it. I have tried to get someone to find out the status of it, has it been shipped? No one seems to know. I asked for a refund and I will only get a partial refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I will report them to the BBB.

I ordered the dress that did not fit appropriately. I reached out several times to the company, as I followed their refund procedure. No follow up was given to my request for a refund. Online this looks like a reputable company with fashionable clothing. However, they have poor customer service. I do not advise anyone to shop with them.

Do not order from this company. I ordered in December, and it's now February, but I still have not received my item. They refuse to issue a refund. Stay away from this company.

I order from them, the order was confirmed, a few days later I received an email saying to send it to my destination address I would have to pay an extra 44 us dollars or I could get a refund, I did ask for a refund but then no response
Am very much disappointed and would not advise anyone to order

Is there a minus star? This is the worst. The picture looks so great. But the shirt was so not like the picture it was comical.i told them I wanted a refund. They said it would be more expensive to send it to China than what I paid. My package came from New York. They asked for pictures. I sent them. They told me that it was fine. DONT DO IT! ITS A SCAM.

Below is a customer service response. They want to give me 1.20 . Any advice on what I can do to get my money back. ?

Never got a delivery date until the day of. Which was after my event date. Notified Knowfashionstyle the second day of the item being too tight in the arms & arriving too late. I ordered a size up from my normal size. I requested a refund. They said it was my fault. When you try to get a
refund they will not allow you to return or refund you your money. Buyer's beware!!!!

I received my items packaged nicely in a reasonable amount of time. Love all my items. They are super cute. Customer service was great

Order a red jumpsuit for a New Years ball hoping it would get to me on time was told that it will take 10 working days.to my surprise it came in the lotted time had done online shopping before and have been very disappointed However Know fashion style has restored my faith in online shopping. The jumpsuit is beautiful. The company customer service is great. Well done know fashion style would definitely order from them again.

I have ordered from Canada 3 outfits and have not received anything is this company scam. Please send me my orders.

Customer service was great. Responded less than 24 hrs everytime. Was able to track my package and when received I was disappointed at all. Great material and fitted perfectly 🥰.

I placed an order 4 November 2023 and to date have still not received a tracking # that my order has shipped. I’ve sent emails to customer service no response. I will be canceling my order.

Don’t use this company as they take your Money and you never receive the order. Don’t fall for the Black Friday discounts as you will never receive anything. 😡

The stuff i ordered is really nice and fits perfectly. I washed it, then donned a top outside and wore it to work on weekdays. I was complimented by numerous people and thought it looked really cute on me. Excellent fit and material performance even after mild cycles. Air dry or hang.

Their size charts are totally wrong. I ordered a medium and the dress was an extra large according to the chart. I tried to return it but they said it would cost more to return than it was to buy, because of shipping and taxes in China.

WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING Don’t believe the claims about return policy. I contacted the company about returning items I purchased. Instead of giving me a return address, I was given multiple offers on future purchases. After 3 days of multiple offers , I finally got a return address. I followed ALL of the return instructions. ( Took pictures of each item & bag it came in. Took picture the tracking number for the return items, Paid for the return). Returned the items on 9/26/2023. As of 11/11/2023 the company still hasn’t refunded my money.
