What a horrific experience. I needed get a tracking number after a week no tracking number. I’D NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!! no tracking number! Emails said the package was only be 24hrs away then another email said it hadn’t left the factor after 10 emails their response was a automated response, they finally arrive a day apart but the shades were the same size I ordered 2 different sizes .. I would never deal with this company again
They don’t know what they’re doing. It’s been a nightmare 4 long weeks not knowing! $900 worth of product

I been ordering from Know fashion Style for years and they never disappoint. I ordered 5 maxi dresses and 1 2pc white pants set. OMG 😲 absolutely beautiful. Customer service could not provide any update and wanted to wait until after their holiday to provide more information. Its been more than one month later and I still don’t have the item. My event was yesterday so I requested a refund and they CLAIM its been shipped so they cannot refund it.

Very Good But Logistics Suck!
I have ordered from them several times. The qiality of their clothing is very good. Their logistics is very disappointing though! Every time I order, hoping it will be different. They take as much as a whole month before shipping! I kid you not. My assistant, Bella is always very helpful and tolerant of my tantrums. 🤭
