I love my outfit. I’m 5”8 so it wasn’t long enough but overall I love it,
it was just like the picture.
However the package took very long to arrive & the customer service weren’t professional in there emails or WhatsApp messages. They would need to work on that for future. I’m not sure I would purchase from this website again if I need something urgently.

I had no issues with my previous purchase but some of the fabric for my recent purchase was not good quality. It’s nothing like what I saw on the site. Some of my items were not delivered but I got a prompt response with customer service and it got rectified and refund issued. Knowfashion style you should do a lot better.

This business is ridiculous!
This business is ridiculous on so many levels. They charge exorbitant shipping fees ($9+/item) and if they are unable to deliver an item, that they advertise as available, because they realize they are out of stock, they have the audacity not to partially refund the shipping fees associated with items THEY CANNOT DELIVER. I recommend ordering through PayPal so you can dispute the shipping charges in this scenario, which is what I have done.
Also, English is not the first language of their customer service representatives and their email replies are grammatically challenged and extremely difficult to understand. I will never do business with them again.
