I ordered 24 pairs paid for expedited shipping 2-5 days got a month later in a completely wrong size company will not acknowledge or issue my refund. I have emailed them numerous times. Even tried to cancel long before shipped

It’s been over two months since I placed my order. They either lost my order or did not send it and have actively refused to give me a refund. Their customer service is abysmal and this business should not be trusted. I would give this rating zero stars if I could.

Awful quality and customer service. Wanted to cancel my order since they took over a week to ship it out, they answered when I asked when it would be shipped, and then ignored me until they shipped it out (no update on that) and did not answer until it was delivered. Last used them 2 years ago and had good quality underwear and now it’s cheap, polyester. Disgusting business

Pretty disappointed with Knotty. I ordered two different mystery bundles (“Best Sellers” and “Buttery Soft”) and they sent me two identical bundles. Not a couple of overlaps - literally the exact same products twice over.

Customer service basically hid behind the “duplicates may occur” disclaimer and offered zero effort to make it right. No partial credit, no goodwill gesture, no acknowledgment that sending identical bundles from supposedly different collections is misleading, not to mention lazy.

If the products in the bundles aren’t actually different from each other whatsoever, that should be made much clearer before purchase. The company presents itself as an elevated, sustainable, thoughtfully curated brand. That messaging rings a little hollow when the customer experience feels this careless and transactional.

Overall not worth it, disappointing experience and no effort from support to make it right. Oh and they also take forever to deliver, way longer than the quoted time, so long that I started wondering if I'd been scammed. Wouldn't order from them again.

My experience with Knotty Knickers was extremely disappointing.
I ordered 30 pairs (15 cheeky, 15 briefs), and after waiting nearly a month—with no real response from customer service—I received only 24 pairs. Not a single pair matched what I ordered. Everything was the same style (cheeky), and there was almost no variety—just six patterns repeated multiple times.
So I was:
Shorted items I paid for
Sent the wrong products entirely
Left without any real customer support
This wasn’t a minor mistake—it was a complete failure in fulfillment and service. I’ve requested a refund and would strongly caution others before ordering.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I’ve been waiting almost a month for the package and customer service ignores my emails. I posted a comment on one of their instagram posts with this information and my comment was promptly deleted.
This company is a scam!

Im pretty sure this company is a scam. I ordered on April 13th. Today is April 30th. I’ve received nothing. I contacted support through the email given in the website and never received help. Until I commented on their instagram page. They deleted my comment but reached out and claimed the support email were probably going to my spam/junk. I assured them that wouldn’t be possible to because I’ve emailed them before. Gmail wouldn’t consider it junk. They then sent shipping info a day later. To this moment , a shipping label was made but nothing has shipped. They said Support would reach out. I think we all know now they won’t.

Horrendous experience wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Delivery: ordered 5th April arrived on 27th April. Sizing: I'm a uk size 12 from M & S and TU. Knotty Knickerz size 10/12 some of them I couldn't get past the tops of my legs! Very inconsistent sizing. Out of 36 pairs ordered 23 didn't fit and are useless for me. Quality: very poor quality materials and finish. Returns policy: if I had realised they do not accept returns I wouldn't have ordered. Cannot recommend at all.

This company is a complete scam. They will arrive, after a month of waiting. They will be a complete random assortment of sizes. The quality is trash. Most of them won’t fit you/ be very uncomfortable. You will not get a person to answer any of your emails, and you will not get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. STAY THE F*** AWAY.

Don’t fall for this scam as I did! I thought because it was a Canadian company, they could he trusted. Such a farce! They are an abomination to the Canadian name & should be ashamed of themselves. They gladly take your money with no intentions of delivering, then ghost you. All emails bounce back. No phone number to call. They are thieves in disguise! I should have read reviews. My bad. But let’s collectively destroy these crooks so they can rot in hell like they deserve.

I purchased "Size L" underwear, which Knotty Underwear’s own size guide defines as a UK 18-20. What arrived was physically tiny and wouldn't fit a person half that size. This is not a "fit" preference; these are objectively mislabelled goods.
​When I contacted customer service, they hid behind "warehouse clearance" and "hygiene" excuses to refuse a refund or exchange. Let’s be clear: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, statutory rights apply to sale items. If goods are not as described (which these aren't), the retailer is legally required to provide a refund or replacement. A "final sale" policy does not override the law of the land.
​They have ignored my emails and my formal Letter Before Action. I have now been forced to escalate this as a dispute with my bank and report the company to Trading Standards.
​If you are a UK size 14 or above, do not bother. You are essentially making a "donation" to a company that sends unwearable, misdescribed clothing and then goes radio silent.

This company is running a scam.
I only received tracking information (purporting to have delivered) after querying where my order was. The tracking information was false - a generic photo of a pile of parcels with no readable labels.
I would strongly recommend anyone to avoid Knotty.

I completed my order and it arrived, no problem, but a little late. I opened it and saw two pairs were missing so I reached out. They said that they were sold out, so offered to send two similar pairs and a surprise pair as a sorry which I accepted. This never turned up, so I reached out again. They proceeded to ask me to send over a scan of a bank statement or bill with my name and address on. They claimed there was a discrepancy between my original order address and the one I provided. On checking, both were the exact same. I fail to see why an underwear company would ever need that level of verification.

They will take your money, send you the wrong size, gaslight you into thinking that's what you ordered, and when you finally threaten to file a charge back if you don't get the right size you will get a new package, STILL THR WRONG SIZE absolute scammers

I really love what I received, a few random colors but who cares out of 24 pairs. Delivery took a while but the email I sent was responded to. Will definitely order again.

I'll first say that sizing is all over extremely inconsistent. If you normally wear a medium in underwear bottoms, for instance, due to design flaws, you may wear a small or a large in Knotty Knickers sizes. I bought a mystery package of comfortable panties and half of the panties were lacy and uncomfortable. They didn't even try.
If for some reason you have problems with the fit, it says on their website that they take returns and guarantee that you like the product, but in fact they will tell you that due to the nature of the product, they don't accept returns or exchanges.
I'll also say that order delivery of my last purchase took over a month. Customer service took a full seven days to reply to me. I don't consider this time frame normal or quality customer service.
I bought sleepwear here, and I was fairly happy with the matching sets with boxer short bottoms, but it is already wearing out after about six months. The quality of the fabric in the products is very poor and low quality.
I have had to replace a lot of the products already.

Don’t Waste Your Money: The Knotty Knickers Nightmare
If you want to set your cash on fire while a chatbot ignores you, this is the place. Avoid Knotty Knickers at all costs.
• Ghost Support: Customer service is a void. Expect weeks of silence followed by a useless discount code instead of the refund you actually deserve.
• A Trap: Canceling is nearly impossible. Their website uses a circular "loop" of prompts designed to fail so they can keep charging your card unauthorized.
• Garbage Quality: It’s "sizing roulette." You’ll receive items that fit a toddler or a grizzly bear, often made of material that feels like recycled fishing nets and falls apart instantly.
• Shipping Delays: Your "4-8 day" delivery will likely take three months—if it even arrives at all.
The Verdict: It’s a predatory trap with zero quality control. Do not buy.

I ordered from there and over a month passed and all it says is a shipping label was created and it’s never been shipped despite paying 9.50 for shipping. Then I’ve sent a number of emails and none of them are ever replied to.

Seems like they are a total scam and just out to steal money from unsuspecting customers or rip people off on subscriptions that never materialize and hope they can stay ahead of all the complaints building more new customers than all the “existing” customers who have problems with them and who have already gotten ripped off.

Yikes on the shipping. 11 business days came and went. Product eventually arrived but the store plays games by marking it shipped within a few days of the order but not actually shipping for weeks. Price of the undies are dirt cheap. Despite that, I wouldn’t order again due to shipping practices.

Ordered a pack of underwear for $27 and it’s been 18 days and they’ve simply never came. I reached out a few times and no response. Guess they don’t exist? Best thing you can do is report this operation to your local government.
