Between Knill James and Orange Badge Mobility they post dated a pension letter that I should have recieved a while ago and lied to the pension company for no real reason causing delay in me receiving my refund which the pension company initially said I could not have. The pension company sugested that i asked Orange Badge to be honest about it so i did but honesty is a bridge too far for them. They just dug there spurs in and doubled down on there lies. Luckily my witness statements had already been accepted by the pension ombudsman and the two companys post dated the wrong paperwork so the pension company had no choise but to change there mind. Disappointed but not surprised.
