Our sale was quite complicated as the bungalow had belonged to my late brother and my late sister in law and before the sale proceeds could be issued to the appropriate Will recipients, a deduction was needed to ensure expenses on our side were reimbursed. Sarah and her associates acted professionally and flexibly to ensure that post sale we did not have any further adjustments to recover.

We were delighted with the service which we received from Amanda Paardekooper and her team. Using the Specialist Conveyancing service gave excellent results. The procedure was a fairly simple one, ie adding a name to our house Deeds. So pleased that Amanda gave us all the advice we needed, ensuring that we talked to the right people. Advice was given in a friendly, helpful manner and nothing was too much trouble throughout the whole experience. Needless to say, there was a delay in receiving the final documents, but we had been warned about this in advance! It was a real privilege to work with this team, and we heartily recommend the Specialist Conveyancing Service. Many thanks.

Extremely pleased with the service provided by Hannah Page and Louise Nunns. Our mum's sale took just 7 weeks and 1 day from the day the offer was made to completion!
