Ordered multiple items. Orders are now 5 months late. Nothing is finished, many items haven’t even been delivered. Things that have been delivered have been; built differently to agreed; the wrong colour; too big to go up the stairs (they had measured); not installed correctly; missing vital parts eg wardrobe rails. No idea when the job will be finished, no timetable had been met, they regularly don’t show up when they say they will. In initial meetings to ‘sell’ the service they seemed very impressive but making and installing the actual goods has been atrocious.

Ordered fitted wardrobes in January, were pressured to pay 50% upfront as were told otherwise we would lose production slot in March and fitting slot in April. First wardrobe did not fit up the stairs when it arrived on 22 june and had to be taken away and cut into pieces to get up the stairs (they had been on site visits and measured up before production). It is now August, 4 months late, we still have half built wardrobes, nothing is finished, most days we are told they will come in to make progress they cancel. If we try and contact Douglas to discuss he doesn't answer his phone and despite repeated promises from his office that he will call back the next day he never does- we've had that promise three times in the last 2 working days and still no call. Quality of what we have doesn't look great, and is certainly not 'top end' as we were sold eg the lines in the beading aren't sharp.
