I have buy a dewalt combi set from them an they send with some strange delivery company. I received a call from delivery company its on my door on that time i not home and de left my a flyer to collect from 30 km from my home. I have specify to be sent with dpd.

I paid but it never shipped. They don't have the product in stock and keep pushing the "ships in X days". At least got a refund after waiting 6 weeks for something that should have shipped in 5 days.

Unfortunatly, you are right. Bahco has a longer delivery time than normal for this product. From the moment we knew this, we informed you. They postponed it a few times, so we informed you a few times. When it took too long, you asked your money back and we paid it back the same day. Corona still isn't good for some delivery times. We are realy sorry for that.

Ordered an item saying it was around 10 days but expecting 1 month probably given covid. Once order placed got a delivery date of 2 months from now which wasn't great so I contacted customer service to see if I could cancel. Customer service got back to me within 24hours to say that they had checked and the item would be within me within a week. If arrived exactly one week later and is working great. It would be better if I hadn't had the sudden jump from one week to 2 months but I am very happy that customer service was quick, polite and helpful. Would order again

Fair prices and fast delivery.
There was a difference between the price of my order on the website and on the invoice.
So I contacted the client service and they quickly refund me the difference.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my order and I do recommend this website.

Good to go with Klium
Some 5 years ago had poor experience with Klium and rated one star then. But recent experience forces me to review feedback to positive. Got order fulfilled in several shipments, well packed and shipped earlier than expected.
Still there are some improvements would be nice to see, as possibility to add products to the fresh checked out order; see tracking numbers in order details page etc.
