Klium Reviews 

We ordered 2 products from Klium. One product was delivered 4 days later than promised. The other product was delivered on time, but was not the correct product. After reporting this by phone, an email had to be sent. After the email was sent, this was to be handled by the complaints department. After more than 10 days, we still have not received a response.

Never disappointed by the purchases I did at Klium. Always right on time!

If you spend money on expensive tools, and expect items like a file to arrive wrapped and not banging against a set of wrenches, Klium is NOT the place for you.

If you like buying cans of high performance grease and seeing them arrive dinged and dented so that once opened they can never be resealed, Klium is the place for you.

If you ask what warranty a professional power tool has, don't worry, they will tell you one year and that they will take care of picking it up and returning it to you free of charge.

Now, as soon as you receive it, and even without even 14 calendar days having passed, as European law states, you turn on the tool and without using it, after two minutes it is burning and you report what is happening... As Klium is your site, you can already imagine what will happen... They will tell you that you complain too much, THEY WILL CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT, and they will tell you that if you want to send them the tool you have to pay for it, because it is very expensive for them to send and collect in Spain. But yes, when you pay the shipping costs to Spain so that they throw away the items of your order like in a garbage box, then they do not care about sending to Spain.

THEY IGNORE THE EUROPEAN CONSUMER LAW. EVERY EUROPEAN CONSUMER HAS THE RIGHT TO 14 CALENDAR DAYS OF TRIAL WHEN PURCHASING FROM A DISTANCE, AND THE LAW CLEARLY STATES THAT IF THE RETURN IS DUE TO A DEFECT IN THE ITEM, IT IS THE SELLER WHO MUST ASSUME THE COSTS OF THE RETURN.

Ahh, but you had forgotten, Klium IS ABOVE THE LAW and everything.

This has only just begun. I always record the opening of all my orders on video, in case there is a problem. Of course, I have the videos of all the packages sent by Klium and little by little I will put links to the videos on forums and opinion sites related to tools, especially in the Netherlands and Belgium, so that people can freely give their opinions. I always make sure to record the box in 360º before opening it so that it is clear that its contents have not been manipulated.

Davy, I don't know who you are, but don't bother answering me. You can tell all the lies you want here, but I HAVE THE PROOF. People will be the ones who can see the reality, and not just what I write.

I am absolutely shocked how fast their delivery was. Most websites claim to deliver fast, Kluim actually does. Ordered Saturday and had it on my doorstep in Ireland on Thursday. I will definitely be ordering from here from now on

I would avoid them at all cost in the future. They promise a delivery date, then the item is suddenly on backorder. They promise the backorder will arrive in a week, it does not. They promise to get the info to you by the end of the day, then they do not. Ok, that can happen - but unlike other shops, they take your money immediately, before shipping and backordering. But, what was the worst in this is that they delivered the batteries and not the machine and they expect me to pay to return the batteries if I want to cancel the order. :( Amazon is by far far more superior for ordering tools to Klium

It turned out badly with my order, but the company sorted everything out, a little longer than expected, but still I will give 5 stars to the company.

I ordered the KNIPEX 002072V04XS mini-tangenset XS in riemtas on 14th May 2022. Here we are on 24th July 2022 and I’ve still not received my order.

This is absolutely pathetic. How is this good customer service? I won’t be ordering another product from this company. It’s pathetic to keep customers waiting this long especially when on their website it states products received within 4-5 days.

UPDATED: Klium refunded my money.
