I found a few companies I am working with, which are terrible, on this website and they are 9 out of 10 AI generated (it's so easy to spot). I contacted Kiyoh, because I assumed they want to know about fake reviews on their site, while they claim to be a serious review website. They did not respond and the companies keep upping their score by AI.

Do not use this website for reviews.

Pointless, trying to submit reviews on this site. They only publish what they want, imagine its a data harvesting thing rather than a trusted review site like this one...

Don't trust Kiyoh. They allow positive reviews, but negative ones are rubbed under the carpet. You have to prove your case, even with private information (like medical bills) and they allow the other party to solve It, but even without solution (just giving an answer that doesn't solve anything) It's been accepted by Kiyoh as solved and that's everything you get.

And yes, most of the reviews on Trustpilot and elsewhere show a more negative picture, but the experience stays the experience. Often the damage is already done. Kiyoh shouldn't be the party to intervene and play judge, especially If It's a very oppinionated one. It's just a marketing tool to show a high (inaccurate) rating on their website.

If you like to estimate the real rating, add this one with Kiyoh / 2 and It's probably more accurate.
The only difference being: the reviews here are honest by get the same procedure, with Kiyoh the customers don't get a word. On the other hand, people come to TP to complain and rarely take the time to leave a positive review. So It balances out somewhat.

Kiyoh is a CON review site.
A customer can only place a review if requested to do so by the seller and of course the seller will never ask an unhappy customer to place a review this is why the bad reviews don't get placed.

How often, and at what point, does Kiyoh check in with purchases from customers from Kiyoh clients? I would dearly love to leave a Kiyoh review for a product that falls now just outside of warranty, and for which I have had constant issues since its purchase. I feel your reviews are disproportionate and unable to reflect the actual quality of products a certain client of yours is selling. I have not, other than probably just post delivery or rather purchase (it took almost 6 months to receive) been asked to leave a review throughout my 3.5 year journey with Stella bikes. Are you ‘helping’ Stella purport to sell quality, long lasting, product?

Kiyoh removed my review after I received a request from the reviewed party to change it, supposedly because the review was unrelated to the business I was reviewing, which it was not. I submitted the review through the weblink they provided, submitted an invoice to prove I did business with them, and once I received notification that the review would be removed I contacted them to reconsider. They haven't even gotten back to me. Clearly they try whatever they can to only publish favourable reviews. They sell good ratings for money, and supress the bad ones, as many have pointed out below. At least prostitutes are honest about what they do.

Claims to be something like a trustpilot, but clearly it's an attempt by the bad service postnl to "damage control" frustrated people's (read victims) negative reviews

This company is a joke. Other webshop with Kiyoh reviews control the reviews, and wouldn't allow negative reviews to be published on their Kiyoh page, even when they contact me and ask me to change the rating to 5 stars insteads . Then what is a review site useful for? COMPLETE JOKE! Ignore Kiyoh. When someone uses Kiyoh, know that the webshop will be usually cr*p then.

Fake review company. Don't trust anything on there. Question everything.

This review company is a joke, they refuse to post reviews if they are negative. They contacted me and told me the company I had bought something from didn't know who I was despite sending me numerous emails. I sent them my invoice for the goods purchased and my review is still not published.

They don’t allow you to leave negative reviews!!! I was advised that they won’t post the review but that someone will be in contact with me in 7 days regarding my dissatisfaction - no one has contacted me. How are review companies allowed to operate like this!

What a joke... companies pay for getting great reviews. I posted my honest experience about one of their customers but it was rejected. All reviews for a certain company were at least four stars, but the product the company sent me, an expensive but very grainy screen made in China was not new but in opened condition without the usual plastic wrappings. It costed me EUR 50 to return the product.

I have no idea what this company is, and I have never used them or signed up for their service, but I started receiving emails from them unsolicited. They should read the GDPR regulations

This website uses a policy "If your reviews has less than 6 stars we publish it after a week". Thus, they discriminate users with negative experience, muting their voices. I imagine they can easily skip publishing some reviews at all as who will check after a week?

They say that "they give a company a fair chance to reply". Well to my mind "fair" means by giving equal opportunities to both sides to express their experience, not by muting what one side doesn't want to hear!

The idea behind this service is fraudulent in its essence. This is just a positive rating generator for those companies who fail to provide service level that won't be criticized by the users. I do not trust it, and will be skeptical about companies that are registered here.

I placed a negative review about the internet provider XS4all. As Kiyoh mentioned here, they hold the review in quarantine to give XS4all the time to respond. I also received a email from Kiyoh about the quarantine and the explanation why. Very good that they keep me posted.
After the quarantine period my review was placed on there site.

Their reviews are fraudulent you can start a company then use kiyoh to block all negative or mediocre reviews they will use any excuse to say your review is not valid.

Kiyoh is a review service, I discovered it being used by SimpleBikeStore in the Netherlands. After a bad experience I left a 2.5 star review, worded very fairly. I commended their positives and critiqued the negatives, as it should be.

However after waiting a lengthy amount of time it is evident my post was not uploaded to affect their rating.

Ultimately I would not trust any site using this farce of a service.

This evidence is consistent across your other platforms Kiyoh, and at extreme lengths. Information has been gathered and is being forwarded to the relevant bodies.

UNTRUST this website, it only publish good reviews for their customers and if you leave negative review about one of their client you're review is just not published

They won't post negative reviews of sites. An absolute waste of time and misleading people into dealing with fraudulent websites.
