Fast processing and good communication

Terrible service! They took my blood a bit more than 1 month ago, paid over 140 euros, and the results were just send now after trying to contact them a lot of times! First, after days of no answer, they said they could not find my tests and customer number, so they would give the money back. Next day, I received the email with the results. How can I trust in a company like that? Before saying it is not true, I have profs of messages, email and invoice.

It was a very fast process. I received the result the same day as the blood test. There has been a little mistake done but they were super fast resolving it. I emailed in the evening and I got a response within 10 minutes. I am very satisfied:)

It took way too long to get my results. I had to chase down every possible avenue to get them.

If you are also struggling with getting your test results - I had to bother my local huisarts with it, and get them to message the lab directly for the results. Calling Unilab didn't work; I was told that the hospital had it, then that the huisarts had it.

So contact your huisarts as them to message them for you, because Bloedcheckup was certainly not helpful

They helped sort out all the issues with delivery and the blood collection. I’m very grateful to them and will definitely be using their services again

I asked for a customized quote for my tests and received it in a couple of days with detailed report of what could be done in my list. Instructions were clear when I bought the tests and some results of blood, vitamins and urine were giving in the same date that I went to the lab. I do highly recommend.

It was very fast and it is in a very centric location. The employees are very nice.

It was straightforward, the package with the order, viles and all the instructions was promptly delivered. The appointment with the clinic to take the sample was fast and once delivered by mail the results came to my email in a couple of days.

After more than month I still haven't got any results, so better get your checkup somewhere else :(
I bought a four blood values and got my blood taken around the 23th January. On their website they claim it would take a max. of 10 weekdays until you get the result. Unfortunately that's not true; on February 9th I sent them a mail and asked for my results. They answered that I had ordered difficult blood work that would take more time than this (didn't even apologise in their mail). Now at the end of February I still haven't got any results and am considering going to the police to at least get my money back. Learn from my mistake and good luck on your health journey

There was a problem with Zivver messaging service. Beyond that, it was daar and easy to use.
