They don't tell you there's an import duty fee to pay on delivery. £45 later I'm furious......

A complete very good service

All the service with kiteworldshop was really good. Even if, the service delivery with UPS was really difficult, they helped a lot in order to be sure that I receive the item, so thanks a lot !

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE IF FROM THE UK

Wet suit advertised on google ads at "£146 with free shipping" ended up costing £210 with duty”. I was going returning it due to the misleading advertised price and they want to deduct both sets of shipping costs from the £146. Very very unhappy. If you are UK based DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
So it’s a 43% extra cost !!!!! Beware

The product quality is good.

The product quality is very good! More effort could be put into packaging — the cardboard box should have cushioning around the product so it doesn’t get damaged. When the product arrived, the box was dented and the helmet was moving freely inside without any protective padding around it. Fortunately, the helmet was not damaged.

Quick delivery, bad packaging

Order process went smoothly and the product is as expected. What I can't really understand is that it even arrived, because I have never seen worse packaging.
Big box with no filler so the content could move around freely.
