BORDERLINE SCAM/CLICKBAIT - DO NOT USE FROM UK
Wet suit advertised on google ads at "£150 with free shipping" ended up costing £220 with duty. I am returning it due to the misleading advertised price and KWS want to deduct both sets of shipping costs from the £150. Very very unhappy. If you are UK based DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Edit; Kiteworlds's reply basically confirms my post. Advertise in UK, in sterling, at £150 with free shipping, cost to customer £220. Shipping costs, outward and inward deducted from refunds. The suggestion that I should read, or should have read "article 10 of their detailed terms and conditions" is laughable. I repeat do not use if in UK.

Shop really good, unfortunately transport damage
The process of ordering my new Wingfoilboard was very fluent, the interface accepted all automatic proposals via iOS. The board arrived in time. Unfortunately the board was damaged (multiple small buckles on the surface at the highest point without hydrodynamic relevance, I am able to repair this) even despite a big cardboard-coating as a shell.This was caused by the transport company not the shop. I kept the board anyway because the model was nowhere else available. If I order again I would contact the shop in advance and insist on a even better protection against transport damage/ could be styropor mold or styro.-spheres and a thicker cardboard box
