I have an compliant about the shipping coast. Amazon, and others company ship without coast to Canaries, Azores and Madeira, here I live. The government of Portugal assume that Madeira doens´t an area remote. So you must thinking about it.

Waiting almost 6 weeks for delivery, terrible communication
I placed my order and paid Euro 1300, and had to wait for almost 6 weeks. The communication was terrible during this time.
They said they would compensate me with a discount for future purchases and then only offered me 50 euro to be used within 3 months.
An absolute disgrace.
They should be ashamed of how they treat their customers.
Due to their reply:
This is the first information that actually explained the truth of the situation, rather than they are delayed in transit.
You included two t-shirts which I did not ask for, nor will I wear them. So that is not a compensation.
50 euro to be used within 3 months is an insult.
If you look at the amount of money I have spent with you it is tiny, also if you look at how often I order then why limit me to 3 months?

Additionally, unforeseen transit delays further extended the delivery time. Obviously we truly understand your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
However, we would like to clarify the compensation provided.
