Delivery/Import Charge
I did not realise the company was based in Italy when I placed the order So whilst the delivery is free and price of the goods look very reasonable on the website. UPS the delivery company charge an import charge into the UK making the price very expensive.
The delivery appears efficient once the import charge is paid.

We would like to clarify that the information regarding taxes and import duties for orders outside the EU is clearly stated in our terms and conditions. In particular, as we are based in Italy, shipments to the UK do not include VAT and are subject to national import policies. This is also stated in our website banner and in checkout. We are sorry if this information was overlooked during the checkout process. These charges are collected by the courier and unfortunately do not depend on us.
