A pleasure from start to finish.
The process starts with Greg, the kitchen designer, who came out and gave us some great ideas and measured up. We had 3 company’s come out, it’s about people and from the outset we knew we could work with Greg. We didn’t actually know what we wanted, we just knew we wanted a more modern and updated look.

Greg helped us in that journey and added some great cost saving designs. Others felt like they were going through the motion, not very engaging and didn’t really offer any suggestions.

Kitchen Make Overs (Worcester) price was not the very cheapest, too cheap would be concerning and was by no means the dearest, in fact one well known heavily marketed brand was actually twice the price of Kitchen makeovers.

With the kitchen orderd a start date was fixed a skip was deliverd and work began exactly when they said it would. The lead fitter Richard was a very skilled and nothing was too much trouble. The guy’s turned up each day at 8:30am put in a full day and tidied up every day before they finished at 5:30pm making sure we could still use the kitchen.
The job was finished when they said it would be and the final result is truly stunning. We Can’t believe it’s the same kitchen.

You should get other quotes nothing is good or bad until you compare it with something else. But in fairness we have done that and sorted the good the bad and the just too expensive.
If you want a company to work with you, do what they say there going to when they say they are going to do it and produce the highest quality result at a very reasonable price. Kitchen Makeovers is where you will end up.

Remember it’s about the people. You can work with these guys, they will produce a top quality result, they are very reasonably priced and they will start and finish when they say they will, they won’t let you down and you will not be disappointed at the finished result you will be blown away.

I’m really pleased with the work carried out by Kitchen Makeovers. The quality of both the kitchen itself and the workmanship was excellent. William and his team were very helpful, professional and guided me through the whole process from start to finish which made everything straightforward and stress-free. I would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience overall. John B was very helpful from the start, taking time to come over and show me various samples, walking me through all my options and providing me with an on-the-spot quote which ended up being almost exactly what I paid. I then decided to tweak the options a bit before signing the contract and John came around again to let me have another look at all the samples. He was very responsive over email too. Richie and John came to fit the kitchen and did everything over the course of three days. They were respectful and tidied after themselves throughout. There was a slight issue with the wiring in one of my sockets but John came back to check the issue himself and arranged for an electrician to come around and fix the problem (with no extra charge to me) before confirming I was happy with everything. Overall the whole process was smooth very professional and I was super happy with the result. I would definitely recommend kitchen makeovers to anyone in the future.

Excellent service, workmanship and value for money . We are delighted with our new kitchen and really appreciate the work carried out. All the tradesmen involved were professional , reliable and friendly. The fitter, Rob, was hardworking, conscientious and a credit to himself and the company.

We chose this company because Paul was very thorough in explaining what the works entailed. There was no hard sell and the work was of a very high standard. Every day the team cleaned up after themselves so we weren't left with dust and debris everywhere.
They arrived on time every day and completed works as stated.

From the very beginning to the very end we received such a professional, knowledgable and friendly service. Our kitchen was completed in four days. Our fitter, Dan, was just a machine. He did not stop. And his workman ship was just a skill.
Stefan, our consultant, popped in every day to make sure we were happy. And one week after completion, he came back with Dan to see if there was a “snag list”. Only then did he say the job was complete.
I am so pleased with the finish, I would highly recommend them to anybody thinking about getting a kitchen makeover.

From first contact till the last finishing touches the staff from kitchen makeover dealt with us in a very professional manner. Every thing we asked for we got to the highest quality and at the best price. There was a small issue with our tiles but a quick discussion and we had the problem sorted. The service was first class and we would recommend the team to anyone who needs there services. The wife is very pleased with the improvements to her domain and we look forward to having the rest of the kitchen redecorated and new flooring put in. Great service from start to finish. Appointment in your own home quote given on the same day. Great quality doors and drawers and worktops. Fantastic fitter polite and competent. Would highly recommend this company before going for a full new kitchen

Absolutely love my new kitchen.
The experience from start to finish was was 10/10.
Dan came out to give us a quote he was friendly, informative and helpful.
He came armed with a wide choice of doors,taps ,handles etc.
The quote he gave us was cheaper by far than others we had.
The work was done by ste and Chris, great lads! Nothing a problem.
The bulk of the work took 2 days then just bits and pieces to be done on the 3rd.
Out with the old in with the new, my kitchen makeover is beautiful.

I cannot commend the team at Kitchen Makeovers enough. Greg, Claudine and Richard have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish: from initial contact to the design process, where Greg made multiple trips to my flat in Stroud, through to the excellent and tireless workmanship by Richard, and the aftercare. They certainly went above and beyond, and even fixed items that weren't part of the project, such as the kitchen door, which finally closes after 8 years of living here!
Everyone I have dealt with has been very friendly, quick to respond, and supportive, and they have delivered a kitchen that I'm extremely pleased with.

Ben in Southampton was particularly helpful in my renovation project. He organised everything and I didn't have to wait months for it to get started. Would have given a five srar review, but timings were a little off, not Ben's fault. Snagging issues were rectified very quickly.

Really thrilled with my new kitchen. Lucy was extremely professional and patient with me when I was dithering over choice of worktops.
