Why can't all companies be so straight forward?
Ordered my Maia work tops from this company and they have been a pleasure to deal with. Any queries are dealt with directly by the staff and they are efficient in calling back. The delivery was seamless also, contacted by the delivery company to schedule a date and then the allotted time confirmed several times, each one being more precise. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend.

Great product and service
Ordered 2 sinks and they arrived in under 2 days. Well packaged and in perfect condition. They're in situ now but not connected up. Look great, and feels like a good quality product. I'd recommend and would definitely buy from you again.

Absolutely first class!!!
Had a small chip in my CZA wine cooler glass pane. Contacted kitchen appliance centre and they had it replaced in 18hrs. Can't complain about that, their service and customer care is exceptional. Thank you 😄

Was expecting delivery a little quicker.
Website advised the items were available express delivery and due within 3 days of order. After calling to chase the status of the order when the 3 days came and passed, it transpired that one of the items was out of stock and had just arrived. Order was fulfilled and delivered the following day, but was nearly a week after the initial order placement.
That said, great prices and products.
