Unfortunately, one of the four rubber feet were missing from the basket (for sink). Following a phone call, the girl very helpful and put extra "feet" in post to me - pleased with basket now.

I have not fit the product yet but it looks great. The only issue I had was that I received an email saying my product was with the delivery company and they would contact me to arrange a suitable delivery time, this they never did and it just turned up

CDA Gas Hob
Got excellent service from KITCHEN Appliances Centre When the hob arrived one of the electrodes was broken. Rang them right away and no problem they arranged to get it returned and a new one sent within a couple of days. No hassle. Love the hob. Would highly recommend Kitchen Appliances Centre for the quality of service.
