Our daughter had a bad experience in her local state school for Years 3-5. We ultimately removed her hoping to restore her confidence and re-establish her love for learning.
In our research, we found King's InterHigh and decided to enrol her for Year 6. Since joining in early September, she has absolutely been THRIVING! We couldn't be happier with the quality of the teaching, the responsiveness of the teachers and the head of year, and the learning systems used by the school.
Her love for learning has returned, and her confidence is soaring! She actively participates in her lessons and loves attending her co-curricular clubs three afternoons a week.
Our daughter has slotted into her schedule so quickly and even at her young age has been managing her own schedule, is keeping up with her assignments, and has already made friends. We are also looking forward to upcoming in-person meet-ups set up by the school!
Would give more stars if Trustpilot allowed!

Supportive teachers, progressive leadership and a true holistic education is the reason my child has stayed learning with KingsInterhigh for the last 6 years. Now embarking on his GCSE's, he is being supported all the way.

This is not a school, it is a company first and it really shows. The teachers do nothing other than reading from a PowerPoint and don't engage the class whatsoever. They've also started heavily using AI to replace as much as they can; teachers, support, lesson content, homework, etc. Issues with other students on their own private social media platform also aren't taken seriously, and any problems reported to them were always ignored.
During my time at KIH, they introduced a "technology integration fee" of £50/year with barely any warning. On the website it says this about the fee: "This fee contributes to the development of our Inspired Al tools and our investment in best-in-class technology to enhance online student learning." while "Inspired AI" is just what they call CENTURY Tech, whom they have no affiliation with.
Also during my time here, they merged with another online school, and everything went even further downhill. Even more AI being used everywhere, even worse handling of issues with other students, even lower quality of lessons, and recently a new type of "lesson" has been introduced, where students don't actually attend a lesson, but just complete what is basically a piece of homework by themselves during school hours.
I cannot recommend KIH to anyone at all.

We were led to believe that we could watch the recordings if unable to attend the live sessions. Well you can, but the experience is inferior and leaves my son with loads of questions and being unable to participate e.g. a task given in a live lesson which when watching on the recording he has no ability to upload anywhere, web links which can't be followed from the recording.
From a parent perspective the communication is awful. I have been locked out of the Parent Portal and emailed them 2 weeks ago for help. Today I got sent the wrong details and was told if I needed more help to use their online chat. The online chat is just AI. When I asked to speak to a human I was just left hanging.
The lessons are variable in quality in terms of teaching.

Both our daughters are now enrolled with Kings Interhigh and so far it's been brilliant! Having seen them struggle for years in mainstream schools, Kings Interhigh has changed our family life. Both girls are happy and keen to learn, without all the stress and anxieties of attending a bricks and mortar school. The teachers are fantastic, easy to contact, and really engage the students in the lessons. I would highly recommend!

I write this out of frustration but the facts are correct. My daughter studied the IB Diploma course through Kings in 2023/24. It made sense as we were living in UAE and the local schools weren't suitable. The course teaching went ok except it felt like my daughter missed more classes/caught up a lot. This wouldn't have been the same has she attended a physical school. Overall, given it was their 1st year of teaching the IB I would give it a 6/10. Making the same choice again, I would opt for a physical school
However, the real issue has been getting the certificates. Not only were the original ones posted to an old address, returned to KH an then 'forgotten' but my daughter re-take exams certificates are still not delivered despite ongoing communication.
I am more than frustrated as these are needed for a legalization process so she can attend a Spanish university.. no certificates, no process, no university entry.. Its September 10th.. term has started

Easy access to the content is the best.
Think school should make an assessment on students ability to access ways available.
Some students with need might not benefits just to be left alone to explore.

If you want a school who has great communication and support for your homeschooled child, this is not it. You can no longer speak to staff, it’s all ‘live chat’, a response from emailing teachers or staff is a least a week if you’re lucky at all. It’s not very engaging…. Try elsewhere.

While my son’s academic experience at Kings InterHigh was generally positive thanks to the teachers, the administration has been nothing short of appalling.
For weeks I’ve been requesting an official confirmation of results for the June exams — a vital document my son needs for his college registration. Despite repeated emails, follow-ups, and even contacting them through live chat, I’ve been ignored. When I finally managed to get a reply on chat, the only “solution” offered was that a case had been opened and if I wanted faster help, I should try calling. Calling(from overseas) also led nowhere and each time I was just on hold.
This isn’t a minor paperwork issue — it’s something that directly affects a student’s future education. Yet the school has shown zero urgency, zero accountability, and complete disregard for the impact on their students and families.
It’s shocking that a school of this size can treat such an important matter with such neglect. Until the administration takes responsibility and starts supporting students properly, I cannot recommend Kings InterHigh.

The worst exam experience you could imagine. School forgot to enter DS for igcse exams.
Then lost one of DS exam papers!

Pros: provides an option to study iGCSEs online in a low demand environment.
Cons: Expensive, Poor communication, Terrible Customer Service, Exam Department chaotic. Basically it’s not a school it’s a tuition service, parents have to check/double check/chase everything, as inevitably they will get it wrong. Year 11 was a disaster - couldn’t log in to mock exams, very little focus on exam practice and past papers, had to chase exam entries, broke GDPR rules re student data, students receiving important emails (eg deadlines) but not copied into parents, no parents evening/teacher communication, predicted grades way off, long waits for responses to emails if they reply at all.
And there are additional charges for everything other than the basic tuition.

My daughter spent two years at KIH following a very difficult time at school. Unfortunately, I found that she had little support, she struggled to engage and the exam process through pearsons was atrocious. They forgot to enter her for one exam and two of her other exams were disasters due to pearsons technical issues. This has caused huge distress to my daughter and myself.
I definitely would not recommend this school, and feel frustrated and let down by the whole experience.

My children both attended KIH.
My eldest due to to health issues he completed 6 years with them. Sat his GCSEs and A levels with them
My youngest did 5 years of high school with them.
Found this to be flexible library learning available if required.
Found all the staff very responsive and willing to meet. Quick turn around to emails and concerns usually within the day. They are also available on the telephone and it was easy to book meetings with teachers and tutors etc as required.
The lessons enabled questions directly to the teachers via private message as well as messages to the class. Microphone and video are also used. Although if the child does not want to be on camera or microphone that's okay too.
Both children have done well at KIH.
We travelled to the KIH centre to sit exams, this is an inviting small centre and perfect for us.
Thank you KIH for a great experience. My youngest is now moving on to college and my eldest is taking a year out

The teaching is OK as is the platform but the exam experience has been truly awful with Kings passing the buck to Pearson at every opportunity both in the run up to and during the exam. DO NOT SIT REMOTE EXAMS would be my advice - find a friendly school, enter as a private candidate and use them instead.
As a comparison for the one exam our daughter sat in a face to face school we got the paper back to review within 1 hour of the request. We are still waiting for KI to admit that they can even do this days later (despite Pearson saying they can). The current answer is look on Pearsons Results Plus service - which explicitly says it doesn't have the actual papers the child wrote!
Unlike the face to face school it feels that the exam team is an admin unit which doesn't feel any responsibility for outcomes.

Awful experience – be warned.
The exams process was a complete shambles. We were assured it would be a stress-free experience, but it turned out to be the most stressful situation my child has ever faced. There were problems with every exam: English was even cancelled on the day, there were repeated connection issues, and work was lost.
It felt more like a pilot trial than a professional exam process. The school was unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility or provide support.
On top this you pay extra for every exam and must find your own centres for non-iGCSEs, adding to the pressure.
Pearson’s service has been absolutely terrible – my biggest regret is spending so much money for such poor delivery.
Please don’t make the same mistake.

I have been in touch with Amrita several times due to technical issues in the enrollment process and she has been an absolute delight! Very attentive, profesional and true to her word! She helped me navigate the process with patience and respect!
I was very nervous about enrolling my sons to an online school but since interacting with Amrita, my anxiety has decreased a lot. I know that I have someone already at the school that has my back in case of anything!

This school has been a terrible experience for us. The classes are overcrowded, and we repeatedly received notifications meant for a teacher who wasn't even aware that my daughter had left the school months ago. It feels like a joke! We feel ripped off after spending a whole year on education for my two eldest children, especially since they had no intention of continuing at the school.
To make matters worse, the contract page interface has now changed to a yearly default for the upcoming year. Despite this clear mistake, the court ruled that we still had to pay. Additionally, they even refused to provide my children with their end-of-year certificates. It feels like they
shamelessly stole a year's worth of fees for two kids from us-money that we desperately needed to support our children's needs. I strongly advise steering clear of these crooks!
P.S. Check their Google reviews; we are not the only victims.

My experience with King’s InterHigh has been absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, David has been incredibly supportive and responsive, helping us learn more about the school and understand its programs and opportunities.
The school’s website is clear and informative, and events like the Open Events beautifully showcase the nurturing and creative environment King’s InterHigh offers. I’m truly excited about the possibility for Adrina to connect with this vibrant and welcoming community.
We’re very grateful for the kindness and professionalism we’ve experienced so far, and we look forward to staying engaged with this inspiring school!

My son enjoys the teaching at Kings InterHigh, but the billing side has been a nightmare. They wrongly claimed I hadn’t paid for two months (despite me providing bank proof), which took far too long to fix. Now they’re saying I owe £693 plus a £375 deposit even though I’m fully up to date and already paid that deposit when he started in 2024.
We’re also charged full fees during half term and summer holidays when no teaching happens, which makes no sense. Sadly, this is making me feel the school is more focused on money than students. I’m now considering removing my son because the way this has been handled is unacceptable.

I discovered King's Interhigh online whilst researching a suitable online school for my daughter. Speaking with them has been an absolute pleasure. They were extremely informative and answered all my questions and could not do enough to assist me. As a result I had no hesitation in going ahead and booking a place for my daughter. Once again they were excellent helping through the process. My daughter wasn't able to attend the first induction date scheduled and on explaining my predicament, they booked her on induction day which was just a few days later straight away. Kings Interhigh are extremely accommodating, helpful and conscientious to care about your child's specific needs. If you're a person thinking about home schooling your child and would like to stick to the curriculum I would not hesitate to give King's Interhigh a call and schedule a telephone call to speak with a member of their team.
