Still waiting for an order 4 months down the line

Still waiting for an order placed in March. I bought an item on the final sale of the company way back in March and I still haven’t received my purchase. I have tried chasing up the company with emails asking for updates only to be replied back with the same response of ‘delays’ and ‘high demand’. I understand that this is a small business however I would like to know where my order is and if the company haven’t just up and run with peoples money. I am stuck in limbo of emailing again asking for my money back to spend willing at other similar companies and products or wait even longer. I had high hopes for this company due to ordering previously and supporting a small independent business but my thoughts have changed…

Absolutely Appalling Business

If you want to know how to run a business into the ground then look no further. I placed an order with Kingdom Threads at the end of January and then stupidly made another in her last chance closing down money grabbing sale. Emily poured her heart out over Instagram and played her scene very well with fake tears and a sob story to go with it. Duped her thousands of followers, including myself, into making one last order before she closed the shop for good.

Fast forward 7 months since my original order and 4 months on from the second, still neither of them have arrived. After emailing backwards and forwards for weeks on end with someone by the name of 'Ruth', and receiving too many promises of my 'orders reaching me soon' to count, I gave up and raised a claim with Paypal. Luckily they have refunded me for both orders.

I urge those who are still waiting on their orders to do the same. If Emily can start a new photography business (With Grace Photography), and book a trip to Walt Disney World, with your hard earned money, then in my eyes she has no intention of honouring your orders.

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour.

5 months to recieve order and uncontactable!

I made an order on 15th Jan this year for my disney trip at the end of march. And it has only just arrived!
After contacing the company 3x via email I have not recieved a response or any support.
No explanation of the delays or apologies given!
Not even a good quality product now it has arrived🤦‍♀️

Disgusting behaviour

Previously ordered and products were great. In March I placed an order and never received it. As others said, she was plugging for one last order from people and did a runner with the money.

She is setting up a photography business called with grace photography and I wouldn't touch with a barge pole.

The worst part is lots of us put lovely messages with our last order. Telling her how much we will miss the shop and supporting her for her future. Wish I'd never got sucked into it.

Making a complaint to companies House so hopefully she won't be able to be a director of a business again.

KTC no t-shirt 4 months on…

Ordered a t-shirt at the end of January with the knowledge of it being a 4 week turnaround and having to pay the only postage option of £5 for DPD next day delivery. It is now the middle of May and I still haven’t received the t-shirt or any indication of when it may arrive. I’ve requested a refund and been told it needs to be agreed with the owner but still heard nothing back. I ordered this t-shirt with the mindset of taking it on my trip in April which has now passed and I have no use for it anymore. I doubt I’ll ever get the t-shirt and I’m out of pocket. She’s announced the shop is shutting for good and encouraged people to do one last order but can’t even fulfill one’s she’s got already!
Stay clear in my opinion. It’s been nothing but a headache. The lack of communication is disgusting.

Awful company

Awful company! Ordered in the past and all has been fine. Fast forward to my latest order lost in the post and I’m STILL waiting for a refund over £60 the order was worth. The owner is rude but cries that people are horrible to her. The only horrible person is her. She is also setting up a photography business is would stay well clear as soon as something goes wrong you get ignored.

Uncontactable company

DO NOT ORDER FROM KTC

All I can say is "do not order from this sham of a business". I can only describe the business owner as bizarre and manipulative. She is always crying on Instagram about how difficult it is running a small business but then doesn't fulfil orders and ignores customers' emails and messages. She also deletes any negative comments on social media. I've screenshot them all to demonstrate what an awful, deceitful approach. If you have ordered, hopefully you have paid by credit card so you are protected. But do yourself a favour, ignore the crocodile tears and just don't order!

Ordered last year

Ordered last year, was told the turnaround would be 4 weeks. After chasing I eventually got my order 8 weeks later, with no apology. The jumpers were lovely but I was glad I ordered early because there seemed to be no rush to fulfil orders.
Since then I’ve been watching on IG how this one girl had driven her business in to the ground. I’ve seen countless messages on IG with people pleading with her for an update to their orders from before Christmas, back in January etc. She always finds the time to delete those comments. She recently went on a Disney World holiday - and took none of her own merchandise with her. For a small business, dedicated to Disney merch, that seems absolutely insane. She moans constantly on IG stories about how hard it is to run a small business, yet she takes peoples money and does not send out their orders. She takes a huge amount of credit for someone else’s designs (she pays someone for design).
What annoyed me most was that she’s currently having a “last push” money grab before she closes her shop (which I could have predicted lash year). Orders are still not sorted from months ago. I commented as such and she immediately blocked me. That’s how easy it is for her to react to a message/email, but she’s refusing to, to save face and give the impression that all is fine.
This girl should never be given any investment to run a company ever again. I wouldn’t even employ her to make T-shirts.

The WORST company

The WORST company. Currently begging all over social media asking people to place “one last order” before she closes her business this weekend. Yet she still hasn’t fulfilled orders placed before Christmas and is ignoring customers asking for an update or a refund.

Be warned that if you place an order with her before she closes then the chances are she will take your money and run…

Awaiting an order from January

Awaiting an order from January. I don’t have a trip coming up so not in any rush but there’s been no communication or apologies. What is really frustrating is that she is still posting on Instagram stories like there’s not loads of people waiting on orders and has now announced the business is closing, saying she will complete the orders over the next few weeks. However, has decided to reopen the shop to take more orders ‘one last time’! She can’t keep up with the orders she has outstanding from the last 4 months so I can’t understand why she is taking loads more. No care for customer service, and doesn’t read or respond to comments and questions.

Terrible company & service

Terrible company & service. Literally do not care about their customers and have noticed they delete negative comments on their insta. Highly advise that if you haven’t received an order raise a claim via pay pal or your credit card. I did this and got a full refund. They can’t even be bothered to reply to pay pal!

Do not care about their customers!

..still waiting for my order after being promised it a week ago. This company is absolutely atrocious. They do not care about looking after customer, they hardly reply to emails, always excuses. I asked if they were going to do anything to make up for my almost 4 months wait.. no is the short answer. Do not buy from this company, you will wait forever with no communication, and they don’t even make it up to their customers.

still waiting for my order

I ordered an item for my daughter In law on 10 January with a delivery time of 10 days for her birthday. Ive have still not received the item. I have chased this via email only to be told the owner was on holiday and is now ill but no idea if when I will receive the item I ordered. I asked if the item is not going to be delivered to let me know when I could be refunded - no response. I can see post's on Facebook promoting the business but they are not fulfilling their orders. I not sure this is how you run a business. they have ny money and its very unfair. do not buy from these.

Item ordered in November still waiting

Item ordered in November, arrived in December but was wrong. Had to post back out of my own pocket which seller said they would refund, item was signed for by them Dec 30th. It’s now mid march and item still not received. Have requested update on item or refund, no response to my last 3 emails over the last month. No prodigy or refund. Very bad experience with these

Abhorrent company!!

Abhorrent company!!! Do not use! Ordered in December 2022 - it’s now February 2023 and NO ORDER!! Very rude customer service. Literally couldn’t care less about customers as she swans off on holiday to America without fulfilling customer orders. Hope she enjoyed her holiday with my daughter’s money.
