£180 worth of goods purchased, confirmed on Instagram dm they would be posted and they haven't. Chased several times and they have ghosted me.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE BUSINESS.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Placed an order at the beginning of January. Then received an email saying the orders on hold till payment received. Emailed to confirm the payment was sent the same day I made the order to which I received an email back the same day confirming receipt and the item will be dispatched that week. It’s been a month since that contact. I have chased for an update and nothing. I have taken this further and reported the company. Do your research before buying from this company! I stupidly was influenced by an influencer on instagram!

Do not use this company, I have been scammed out of almost £90
Like others have said, she's all nice and responds quick when you are ordering but then ignores all messages asking for updates/tracking numbers. And then never received my order.
Don't believe instagram as she hides all the negative comments

Unfortunately I’ve had the same issue as previous reviews. Ordered just over a month ago. Had quick responses to what I would like to order and all very friendly. I placed my order then had no confirmation email. I didn’t bring this up as I trusted them from ordering last year and receiving my item in good time all well made.
So I’m very disappointed to now not be getting any responses back from my messages/emails and basically being ignored. Says they have been online so definitely choosing not to read.
My money has been taken but my items not sent. My daughter was really excited to get her t-shirt too so now I have an upset little girl.

Unfortunately like others DO NOT trust this company. Very quick to respond to query via instagram prior to ordering but not after. I had no email order acknowledgement which sent alarm bells ringing. Queried this to be told it was a glitch their end and they had my details and it was out for delivery. Nearly week later queried it requesting tracking order/ update. No reply. Another message sent (all polite) requesting another is dispatched or full refund. No reply. Further messages sent with no reply but have been seen so choosing to ignore. Have contacted credit card company for chargeback claim and reported to trading standards. Positive reviews could be fake who knows unless hit and miss. Shame as seemed so nice and products look good but not worth the hassle. I have screenshotted messages and I have read many have been blocked.

There should be an option for no stars! She’s a complete scam! She sends people with loads of followers free stuff to advertise her, she then scams normal people like me, and eventually when you parcel doesn’t arrive as she never sent it and gave a fake tracking she then blocks you!

Ordered me and my daughter matching Disney sweatshirts for our upcoming trip. I am really impressed with the quality of the jumper and the detail of the embroidery. The seller is lovely and got back to me with quickly with any questions I had 🥰 10/10

The only 5 star reviews you will see are from people who promotes her etc. If you are a normal paying customer then DONT BUY! She will NOT send out your order and will NOT reply to any messages once your order is placed.
I had to take this out with my bank otherwise I would never have received my money as she had no intentions of refunding me. I have also spoken to other people who have ordered from her and received the same experience as me!

I asked her several times to send me proof that she had sent me a message, once again she ignored me. She ignored all my messages on instagram and emails and has since blocked me since I outted her. And as mentioned, I only received a refund from the bank because I had to dispute it with them as I had zero response from her.
This girl is a fraud!!

Can’t fault the products at all, the quality down to the tiny details in the print is nothing short of perfect!

Can’t wait to place another order ready for my next trip! ✨

My experience with Magical Threads was brilliant. I asked for a custom Lion King design as I couldn’t find any I liked anywhere else. My design was amazing and the quality of my t-shirt was great and washed well. Highly recommended and will purchase from here again!
