Never again I will buy additional…

Never again I will buy additional warranty with this organization. Over a month to get my dishwasher fixed. Still not done. Zero communication from the office or the technician on ETA. I am doing all the chasing!

Most pathetic service.Would never…

Most pathetic service.Would never purchase the Extended Warranty. Poor Service ,rude people. Cancel your appointment without telling .Keep blaming someone else for not receiving parts.Keep telling you next week.

NOT COVERED

I HAVE RANGE ON EXTENDED WARRANTY AND THE PANEL NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, I WAS NOT INFORMED SERVICE SENT TO HOME AND I CALLED TO CONFIRM.

AND THEY MENTION YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE PANEL.
AND NOW I DNT KNOW WHOM TO TALK TOO.

THESE COMPANIES MAKE YOU STUPID BY CHAEGING BIG MONEY AND NOTHING COMES ON THERE COVERAGE.

THESE COMPANIES SHOULD CLOSE BAD FOR BRICK.

I FEEL HELPLESS AFTER SPENDING MONEY

I called in a warranty repair on Mar…

I called in a warranty repair on Mar 26th. Got a call from a local guy on Mar 27th, guessing on what the issue was, he said he was ordering a part from 1.5 hrs away. Never heard from him again. I tried to call several times, his phone goes dead, i can't even leave a message. So on Apr 2 I called King and state back. They said they would escalate the issue and I would hear back in 24-48 hrs. I called again on Apr 4th, oooops long weekend so they didn't count Apr 3rd in the 24-48hrs, called again on Apr 6, said that 48 hrs would be Apr 7. Called on Apr 7, she said she would escalate it. I said you already did that and no one has gotten back to me. After asking her who holds them responsible for their timelines, she gave me a different # to call . I call and she tells me that on her end the call has been closed. Said on Mar 26th they noted "customer to call Whirlpool for repair"!!!! What the hell??? Now I'm waiting on the phone for 30 min so far to get through to whirlpool. Not fun when you are a baker and your oven is out of commiss for 2 weeks!

King and state hires goulais gas to work on warrantied purchases in my area.

The owner of goulais gas is rude and disrespectful. Kevin (owner) will eavesdrop on your personal conversations in your home while he is there to service your machine, Kevin then uses that information to bully you later if anything doesn’t go his way. The fact the he spoke disrespectfully to my senior father, using information my father said in on a separate floor of the home is utterly disgusting and creepy. That business will never be in my home, again. I literally bought a different brand washer to guarantee he won’t be servicing it.

Mu frige wasst working in one yr i had the warrany still i call king and state to repair ´
And they said the parts in back order i waited 6 months for it and they said they can refund money to leon to purchase another one i bought for 1100$ they said they only pay 750$ so i went to leon to purchase leon said to call them cuz they didn’t refound money call king and state.and they r saying higher officer will call me in 48 hrs and no one call they being saying this for 5 months now almost a yr finished by now and i bought another machine already i got tird of it . Now they says they wont refund because its been more then 30 days use it but i didnt lol . Even i go leons now they says they didn’t send refunds yet .
Please guys dont purchase anything from king stae warranty or leons .so far i called them more the 150 times same stupid answer im so frustrated

Last Time Shopping at this CROOKED…

Last Time Shopping at this CROOKED outfit. Bought a GALANZ Freezer ($800+$150 Extended so total $950). Discovered its a Piece of Junk. "DO NOT BUY" The Brick uses King and State as its insurance company for their deceptive Extended Warranty. Then they use My freezer died 3 months after the Warranty expired. Had to use the Extended Warranty, and it took 33 DAYS to fix the freezer. The fan died as well as the main board. We lost over $700 worth of meat before we realized it was dead. NEW Total $1650 for a worthless piece of junk and zero customer service. To make it worse, GALANZ IGNORED us, and when they responded, they refused to answer any questions.
Here is the chain of Incompetent companies that demonstrate ZERO accountability and Customer service.
The Brick -> GALANZ Freezer-> King and State -> Trans Global Service, middle men -> The Service Provider is Iceberg Appliance (CGY)

Warranty not honored by King and State

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator with the 4-year extended warranty (total 5 years) from The Brick.
Recently, I called King & State, customer service to report that several components of the Samsung refrigerator had broken prematurely due to normal wear and tear. The representative asked me to take photos of the broken parts and created a claim number. I sent several photos, and the representative called me to say that these parts were not under warranty. However, the two other refrigerators purchased from The Brick before this refrigerator were well covered, and all the broken parts were replaced under the extended warranty by other companies. Very disappointed with King & State and I do not recommend buyers to purchase the extended warranty from King and State
