I have been trying to get a handle for my freezer that snapped off while opening. It’s been on back order since June last year! Every time I make contact it’s the same story we don’t have one in stock!
They must have one in the show room or somewhere being such a big company.
I will never buy anything from this company again. There products are cheap and customer service horrible!!!
Last Time Shopping with this outfit. Bought a GALANZ Freezer Invoice #070131PGHSM ($800+$150+90 & Extended so total $1038.94) on 2023-07-06. Discovered its a Piece of Junk. "DO NOT BUY" The Brick uses King and State as its insurance company for their deceptive Extended Warranty. Then the freezer died 3 months after the Warranty expired. Had to use the Extended Warranty, and it took 33 DAYS to fix the freezer. The fan died as well as the main board, took the repair guy 4 times to come back. We lost over $700+ worth of meat before we realized it was dead. NEW Total $1800+ for a worthless piece of junk and zero customer service. To make it worse, GALANZ IGNORED us, and when they responded, they refused to answer any questions.
