Just bought two fantastic bikes for my husband and I. Alex and Josh super helpful and we have walked away with exactly we needed. Been away with the bikes and had a brilliant time. So good to have a specialist shop that you can go and chat with real people and try before you buy.

Super friendly and helpful team. Josh was supremely patient with my stupid questions and took the time to really understand what I needed. After three visits, I came away with exactly the bike I needed, confident in its use and raring to get out on it. Many thanks to Tom from the sister shop Cycle Revolution for pointing me to their new shop (which I had previously driven past many times without noticing) and to Josh and Alex for getting the right bike and helmet to boost my MTB life!

So as I bought my bike here in December I’m a little slow in writing my review but in some ways that’s a benefit as I’ve had time to consider my experience and include after sales visits!
The best parts about the dealership for me were
1. The sales person Joshua’s help and product knowledge!
2. Being able to test ride the model of bike that I was interested in.
3. Great showroom in my locality.
4. Joshua’s technical explanations and set up (for someone like me that needed extra guidance were fantastic).
5. Payment options are available.
6. I’ve been back to make additional purchases and the help and guidance continues.
7. Test riding confirmed to me that an electric mountain bike would be something I would really enjoy and still provide me with the exercise I need.
8. All Joshua’s recommended additional purchases have proved to be invaluable.

I did buy my bike in the middle of the wettest winter ever and I’ve not yet riding the bike as much as I expected but I’m so excited for the spring/summer coming and so pleased I got this bike ready to go.
I’ve a couple of personal observations to make 🤔
A. It’s very different to riding a normal mountain bike but I like that and another reason you should try before you buy!
B. I was really pleased with overall pricing and value for money (sale prices) just did expect to have peddles included 🤔 this German bike had none in the box 🤠
C. I like the German bike quality as opposed to anything Chinese but maybe that’s just me 😀

Living locally I popped into the new shop when it first opened for a look around and was instantly impressed with the store, the service, the choice of bikes and the overall feel of the shop experience. It’s definitely an experience everytime you go to Kinetic, the shop has a very unique feel to it.
After dropping by a few times I decided I was very interested in an E-bike and their impressive sale made the decision for me to go for it. Over 3 visits to decide and set up the bike the service from Josh and the rest of the team has been outstanding. You feel as though nothing is ever too much. They have set the standard for bike shops!
Thank you guys, can’t wait to drop by with my new bike for a chat and a coffee soon!!

What can I say… been looking to purchase a e-bike for awhile now so glad I went to kinetic revolution they have such a great selection of bikes, the staff are top class very helpful and knowledgeable on these bikes nothing was to much trouble, even got to try out a few different bikes to see which 1 suited myself. On collection going through the whole setup of the bike, getting all the suspension setup to myself, running me through the different features and the app for the bike was so helpful just a great bunch of lads keep up the good work 👍🏻🤙🏼

Was on the fence about an E bike till I had a ride on my mates one right there and then I knew I had to have one. Me and my wife went to see the guys at Kinetic and right from the word go we were walking round with Josh. The knowledge he had of all the bikes in the shop was brilliant the motors the specs the whole lot, he knew his stuff. I wasn’t sure on what bike I wanted so we tested one of every make they stocked and a little ride round the car park Josh was more than happy to help explaining the difference between the bikes and helping find the right bike for my riding style. In the end we found it the bike for me ( my wife had gone shopping by this point and left me there.) we had a Coffie and a chat about the bike I liked and we made the deal finally I owned an e bike. Sean and Josh went the extra mile and made it a brilliant experience. Even when my bike had a little glitch i dropped it off and within 24hrs YES 24hrs (that wasn’t a typo) it was ready to be picked up and repaired under warranty. Best bike shop around by far if you want an e bike this place is the place to go. Sean and Josh are a credit to kinetic. Go on get down there and have a look and a chat. my bikes the best thing I have brought. Oh and we even brought the wife one because she wasn’t happy I was out on mine all the time she has a lovely hard tail e bike now. Keep up the great work and see you again.

Genuinely, this has to be the best shop I’ve ever visited, a huge range and massive choice of the best of the best. I was looking for advice on a new Ebike and the team advice was invaluable. An amazing set up, knowledgeable friendly staff. Highly recommended.

So, I managed to break my Ebike right before a bank holiday weekend! Phoned these guys who bent over backwards to help, took it in to their amazing new shop and the service was perfect from knowledgeable guys. Highly recommend!
