On August 12, 2025, I mistakenly placed an order with 4 Wheel Online and canceled it within 10 minutes. Despite this, the seller shipped the item anyway. When I contacted them, they insisted on deducting $67.30 from my refund of $169.43 for return shipping, even though the cancellation was submitted before shipment.
To make matters worse, the customer service I received was rude and condescending. Instead of addressing the problem, their responses were dismissive, including remarks like “Have a day!” and “No worries! Have a great day!” while ignoring the fact that I had canceled in time. The tone made it clear they were not interested in resolving the issue fairly.
Amazon’s A-to-Z Guarantee ultimately resolved the matter, but it should not fall on Amazon to cover for a seller who refuses to honor cancellations. After further research, I discovered many other customers have experienced the same issues with this company — unfair shipping charges, refusal to honor cancellations, and poor customer service. This is not an isolated incident; it’s a pattern of unfair business practices.
Consumers should be cautious before doing business with 4 Wheel Online. Based on my experience and the documented complaints of others, I strongly recommend avoiding this seller.
Terrible people to deal with
Terrible people to deal with. Bought a rim from them on Amazon that was supposed to deliver in 2 days. It ended up not coming in time, so I had to buy one elsewhere. When I returned it, I had to pay $68.00 shipping. I asked about them refunding the shipping they just kept talking in circles hoping I would go away and not escalate it through Amazon. It was like we were speaking 2 different languages. Save yourself the hassle and go with a reputable company
Bait and Switch
I purchased a set of tires from Amazon. I purchased them, and purchased only because of the 2 day shipping. The next day after the sale I check the status of my order to see that the shipping date had been changed from 2 day shipping to 8 days. The old bait and switch. I contacted Amazon asking if I could be refunded $20 for each tire sense I could have purchased them for $20 less from another provider. Ashley from 4wheelonline stated the shipping wasn't their fault and wouldn't be issuing a refund. I don't feel that I was being unfair or unreasonable with what I was asking for. Just beware! If you need something now (even though promised) this isn't the company for you. Terrible customer service as well. 4wheelonline will make fraudulent claims to make a sale.
Rude and disrespectful
I made an order through Amazon. And it was wrong I was charged return shipping and an open box fee!!!! The customer service representative was the rudest most disrespectful person I've ever come in contact with. Absolutely horrible to deal with if anything goes wrong with your order. They kept half the cost of the wheel between return shipping and the open box fee I was unaware of.

Based on other reviews, this “mistake” seems to be a pattern—a deliberate scam to send inferior products while charging for the more expensive ones. Avoid 4 Wheel Online at all costs. Dishonest business practices like these are unacceptable.
Liars
Liars. Paid $548.12 for a set of wheels. Opened boxes and realized they had the wrong lug spacing. Taped up the boxes and sent them back (I agreed to pay $82.16 for return shipping). They refunded $294.32 claiming, "..customer returned two wheels with tire installation and mounting damage." which is complete fabrication. They used photos of the valve stem holes as "evidence" of damage. WTF? If you're OK with liars who make fraudulent claims, buy from this vendor.

Terrible customer service and horrible policies. You gain nothing from buying from this company. They have nothing you can't get online from a reputable retailer and their prices are no better. What you get is terrible customer service in the event of a problem and they will clobber you with return shipping fees and restocking charges. These charges are at their sole discretion and I promise you they only benefit them. Do yourself a favor and buy from the big name online retailers not these rip off artists.

Bought shocks off Amazon from 4 Wheel Online. Shock boxes came in a larger shipping box that length wise they fit exactly in. But the tops of the shock boxes were opened when I opened the shipping box and one set of bolts were missing from the box that was most torn up. All I can think of is that the shocks they sent to me were returned, and opened by someone else before being sent to me, though they don’t look used.

It was sent thru 4wheelonline.
I used the product once and it was damaged. Camco told me that the product was not made properly and they would help replace it. When I shipped it back to 4wheelonline, they would only refund 1/2 of the purchase price for "restocking fee" and added tax.
I will never buy from this company again!!!
Customer Service Non-Existent
Ordered Smittybilt Sure Step Replacement Pads 3 months ago and order is still processing. OK, I understand the are "Problems in the distribution chain" but I have been unable to contact 4WheelParts concernig the issue. The phone puts you on hold for 20 minutes before it give you an opportunity to leave a message which is a waste of time because they don't respond to the message. Tried the Corporate phone number and they couldn't help because it was a local issue.

Guess some things NEVER CHANGE/ Bait $ Switch
AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AND/OR WEBSITE! I read reviews about exactly what just happened to me but said, “nah, that won’t happen to me….” WRONG!
Yesterday I went online to their site and ORDERED 4 Enkei rims. THEIR SITE had them listed at $152/ea. I added them to my “cart”, entered my info, CC, etc. TODAY I saw 2 missed calls from a FL # (no message left). On the 3rd call I picked up. A “CS Rep/ sales person” advised me that “they” (4wheel online) could not honor THEIR LISTED website price because they were JUST AVISED (today?????) that the “vendor” raised their prices so I’d have to pay an ADDITIONAL $17 p/rim. I asked for a Manager. I then spoke with Rob (mgr) whom basically regurgitated the same Q card written response. When asked why their site had them listed at $152, WHY they wouldn’t HONOR THEIR LISTED/ADVERTISED PRICE. He said they’re a VERY SMALL group, that they have thousands of listed items, that they don’t have the luxury of employing IT people to continual monitor THEIR LISTED PRODUCTS prices daily; it’s not until an order comes in do they “know” what they’re selling for. CRAZY, right? I then asked to know who the CEO of the company is so I could bring this deficiency to his/ her attention. Rob REFUSED to provide me with ANY additional management info saying, “I’m Rob. I’m the manager. If you have an issue, you can speak with me.” He then asked whether I was still going to “buy” the rims at the new “bait & switch” cost. I declined. He then, basically, said that our business was done and disconnected.
Be AWARE! If you order something from their site and the next day you see a FL # on your phone, be PREPARED for a price INCREASE. Lesson learned….it’s not always bad to buy from the “big chains”; at least they won’t/ don’t call later and CHANGE their LISTED/ADVERTISED costs!!! Very DISAPPOINTED!
Placed an order for n fab predator…
Placed an order for n fab predator steps and was unsure if order went thru contacted 4 wheel and spoke with JP he assured me everything was a go and I recd them in less than 5 days. Needless to say I’m impressed from talking with JP and how quick there shipment was I will definitely keep these guys in mind for any future orders
