What an amazing company! Unfortunately one of the items we ordered was received damaged. I rang and spoke to a lovely lady, who said she would sort out a replacement immediately. I sent pictures of the damage and proof of posting back via the messager on their website. She replied immediately, in fact we had a lovely chat. The parcel was put in the post the same day (it was needed urgently) and the refund for the postage for the returned item was credited within a couple of days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, they are a small, family run company, who go above and beyond to make sure any problems are resolved quickly. I purchased the Stag and Thistle decanter and matching glasses. They are beautiful, well made and come in lovely presentation boxes. Well worth the money for a special gift. Thank you Kilts Wi Hae
